Great property and location. Close to beach, easy to bike to or catch the sunrunner to beach. My family had lots of fun in this home. Lots of room in the fenced in yard for our dogs to play all day, so happy we got to bring them with us. They had beach umbrellas and chairs we took the beach for a fun day at st. Pete! Gulfport is close by with lots of restaurants and artist shops. This home was clean and had everything we needed to make sure we had a lovely stay. The host is quick to respond and gave us great recommendations for places to visit in the area.

Host cancelled reservation via message, then didn’t follow through with vrbo and suddenly contacted us on would-be check in date to say they were charging us for stay. They then sent message saying they’d refund, but never followed up with vrbo. Vrbo will not refund without talking to host who now refuses their calls. Vrbo refuses to make this right. Currently contesting this through credit card.
