A two bedroom condo located in beautiful Puerto Vallarta. The condo is fully equipped just bring your personal supplies. 50 inch TV in living room, a TV in each of the other two bedrooms. Unit has a washer, dryer, internet, shower, gas stove, microwave, blender, toaster, fridge, water cooler with hot and cold water, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery. The complex has 24 hour security and has a large swimming pool and a small wading pool as well.

I am a semi-retired teacher and business owner. My wife is a hair stylist and works in a restaurant as well. We enjoy travelling and the climate of Puerto Vallarta which is why we spend time there each winter.

Why they chose this property

We rented at Marbella for two years prior to buying a two bedroom condo in the complex. We found it warm and friendly, close to the beach, theatres, restaurants and grocery stores. There is all kinds of shopping availabilities within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

We have a beautiful treed courtyard right off of our balcony where we can see all kinds of birds and even Iguanas at times.
