Beacon Villa is a very comfortable home. Cozy Fireplace in living room with comfy leather power recliners.‼️ Excellent area near Wake Med. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beautiful home. All bedrooms are upstairs. SMART TV’s in every bedroom, streaming in select rooms. Charcoal grill & Outdoor propane fire pit with comfy outdoor chairs. (We do not supply propane gas) 3 night minimum stay. NO SMOKING inside home. Side patio is for smoking.

Sidewalks throughout the neighborhood. All streets have lights. Shopping center located behind the community. We were made aware of a nightclub in the shopping center so the potential for noise in the area has increased.

Bedrooms are cozy and have smart TV’s. Enjoy logging into your account and streaming! Cook your favorite meal in the full kitchen. Gas Fireplace in the living room. Outdoor fire pit with comfortable patio chairs. Please see instructions to operate fire place and gas fire pit. Please keep outdoor furniture covered when not in use to protect from the elements.

Space for 2 cars on the property driveway… NO GARAGE ACCESS.

Super Walmart is less than 1 Mile away from house on New Bern Avenue. Several fast food places close by less than 1 mile

No smoking inside house. Designated Smoking area is outside on patio.

NO PETS. We do not allow pets of any kind

We Do Not supply Propane for the fire pit. We DO NOT supply charcoal for the outdoor grill. You should be prepared to do a tank exchange for ~30.00 if the unit has been emptied.

Our next door neighbor usually handles the trash cans. But just in case.
Thursday’s guests… please take trash can to the curb..
Friday’s guest….. please bring trash can back to designated area in yard.
