Enjoy the comforts of the 900 SQF spacious living area and two queen bedrooms, complimentary drinks /snacks . The unit has one reserved parking, and visitors and street parking. Please note: There is an occasional smoke smell coming from the neighboring unit so please don't book if you are very sensitive . Visiting NCSU

The condo was in a location convenient to the college and the football stadium. (We even walked the two miles after the game to avoid waiting in traffic). Parking was easy and close. The property was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Adequate Accommodations

Location was excellent, unit comfortable, but the cigarette smoke smell ruined the stay for us. Floor was mushy and uneven throughout the unit. Definitely needs renovation throughout.
