The home is in a wonderful location, easy to get to. The pictures are accurate, the home is very well laid out and comfortable. We hope to stay here again
Well-kept home in a quiet neighborhood; great for a group setting. Lots of privacy but also has a central patio and great room for socializing. Easy to access downtown via driving or ride-sharing. Would highly recommend!
This is a wonderful space. Well appointed kitchen and all rooms, very very clean, beautiful decor and conveniently located near Lamar Blvd shops and restaurants, very quiet nice neighborhood. I’m looking forward to staying at this every time I come to Austin 8-10 times per year.
This house maybe the cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed in. The place is beautifully appointed (as pictured). The kitchen is so well equipped, we felt a little guilty eating out every night. Comfortable beds. Plenty of fluffy towels. Very quiet neighborhood that's an easy drive to all Austin has to offer. Smooth check-in process and excellent communication with the property manager. Will definitely stay again!
The house is in a great spot for eating. South Lamar area has so many different places. The house was at the end of a quiet residential street, very secluded. The furnishing and layout were eclectic and very well done. The master bedroom was the star! We felt very welcome, comfortable, and safe. The property owner was very attentive snd the information book was very helpful.
This house was so interesting with different levels and fun decks in back. Would be an issue if you have mobility challenges but we loved it. Very comfortable. Well decorated. Beds were firm and A/C worked great. We appreciated the snacks at check-in. Location was very quiet but close to restaurants and shops. Host was a great communicator and accommodated a special request. We would definitely stay here again!
Quiet neighborhood surrounded by plenty of greenery. The interior feels like a visit to an art gallery. The kitchen has everything you would want if you're a cook. And you'll be amazed at the cleverness of the kitchen gear arrangements. Sleeping arrangements allowed for quiet nights, each far enough from others to allow for early and late arisings. We'd be delighted to return here!
We loved, loved, loved this property. The house wraps around a courtyard/deck and has plenty of shade. Inside, we really liked the Saltillo tile, fun and eclectic artwork, and lush plants. The kitchen served very well as each person made their own breakfast favorites. All three of us found our beds comfortable and the neighborhood quiet enough for peaceful sleep. (There's no thru traffic.) Felt very private. Easy check in/check out. Just the right amount of communication. Easy access to roadways -- but no highway noise. Would definitely stay again!
This was one of my favorite rentals we've ever been to! No detail was left untouched -communication was simple and organized, check-in/checkout was easy and painless and necessities were easily found (there were even Kleenex in each room which shockingly is something that not all rentals provide haha). Awesome location that is close to all the fun and food on South Lamar, Downtown and beyond. Easy accessibility for Ubers as well. The layout of the house was great - each couple had their own "wing". There are several levels/stairs but all had handrails and rugs so felt very safe. Thanks for the flawless ACL getaway!
We had a very enjoyable stay here! It was very clean with comfortable beds, newer kitchen/couch, organized and labeled utensils/cupboards/remotes, etc. Fun original artwork and eclectic pieces of furniture make it feel like a real home and not a cookie cutter rental. Big, bright windows looking out into greenery. I would live here! Very safe area. 5 minutes from the South Lamar restaurants and stores (Matt’s El Rancho,Loro, Radio Coffee, food co-op), 10 minutes to South Congress, and 15-20 downtown depending on where and when. The property manager and owner went out of their way to accommodate us and also assist with an issue we were having with our vehicle. They definitely came to our rescue. Thank you for the hospitality!

Cameras Everywhere/Intrusive Owner
The design of the space was well done, but we found cameras in various private spaces in the home, and the owner would walk around the house to see what we were up to, even though we were quiet/respectful. I also got an extra charge for having a friend visit during the evening.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, which is very close to many great music venues, restaurants and downtown Austin. The layout of and decor in the house are very eclectic and interesting. The kitchen had everything (and more) that we needed to make great meals. We'd definitely stay here again the next time we visit Austin.
The art doesn’t really show in the pictures. The house is uniquely furnished with artistic touches everywhere. The house is colorful and comfortable and we really enjoyed the house. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. The neighbor had a lot nearby too.
We had a wonderful stay in Austin - great home base for tooling around the city as well as taking day trips out to Dripping Springs and Lockhart. Our host was very accommodating and we had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. Would stay again!
This property was a great respite to our Austin, Texas visit. It was like staying at your best friend’s house who happen to be out of town. We loved this property.
Our group had a great stay. The house is beautiful and has great design/ art. Overall very relaxing and would stay again. Also kitchen is really good for cooking.
This house is incredible and Sean, the property owner is very responsive and helpful. We loved the unique layout of the house, the eclectic artwork and the fantastic patio. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and central to many activities and downtown.
The beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed (coffee, tea, spices, dishes...).
The instruction notebook Sean has for the place is simple and easy to understand.
If are looking for a great place to stay in Austin, I highly recommend this property.
Thanks for making our stay in Austin a wonderful experience, Sean!
We enjoyed our weekend in this beautiful house very much. Spotless, comfortable and totally user-friendly. Location is great as it has easy access to 290 and to many good restaurants in South Austin.
