We stayed a few days to play golf in the area, and the house was just right for our needs. No issues with checking in, the property was clean, the house was near everything we needed and the price was reasonable. Thanks for a nice stay.

First, I'd like to thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We truly appreciated your hospitality and the opportunity to spend time there. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and we had an enjoyable stay overall.However, there were a few things that caught us by surprise and affected our experience. We didn't realize there was only one TV in the entire house. For a home that accommodates several guests, having only one TV made it difficult for everyone to relax and enjoy their own space, especially in the evenings.We were also disappointed with the condition of the backyard. The grass had not been cut in quite some time, making it difficult to enjoy the outdoor space. One of the reasons we chose the home was because we were looking forward to grilling and spending time outside, but unfortunately, the overgrown yard made that impossible.These are things that could easily be improved and would make a big difference for future guests. Aside from those issues, we enjoyed our time together and appreciated being able to stay in your home. Thank you again for opening your home to us, and we wish you all the best.

Local music festival

This was the ideal house for 5 adults. We were going to a music festival 10 miles away and this was convenient since we had traveled together. Much easier than staying at a hotel and also more cost effective. The house met our needs in every way and would certainly look for its availability next year if we attend the festival again.

Fantastic VRBO for Buddy Golf Trip

We took a trip to Cabot Citrus Farms and this was a perfect place to stay off property. Each of us had our own bedroom, there was ping pong and foosball. All the essentials. The owner Sunny was accessible and returned messages quickly. We even forgot a key item at the VRBO and he agreed to ship the item back to us. Great experience, highly recommended.

So nice!

Easily one of the nicest/cleanest rental property we’ve stayed at. We had a small problem with the key code not working when we arrived, but the owner responded immediately and had us in the house in minutes. He provided great (and fast!) communication and I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. We were only in town for the weekend to attend a family function and this property provided the perfect space. It was close to everything we needed and so much more comfortable than staying in a hotel with our large group. We would gladly consider this property for future visits to the area.
