Welcome to our meticulously designed and inviting home!

We've paid close attention to every detail to ensure a memorable stay for you and your group.

The kitchen is a culinary haven, featuring stunning quartz countertops and equipped with all the appliances you could need, including a toaster, microwave, and blender.

Indulge in the custom bar area, complete with a convenient mini-fridge for your favorite beverages.

Step outside to the outdoor patio seating area, where you can relax and soak up the sun beside the sparkling pool.

For evenings filled with laughter and friendly competition, we've provided a selection of board games to enhance your entertainment.

Please note that while our Jacuzzi is not jetted, it still offers a serene and soothing experience.

Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities, and we can't wait to welcome you to your perfect vacation retreat.

Guest Access:
The Entire home is available for your enjoyment! Garage to remain locked, but guests may park up to 4 cars in the oversized driveway! (as well as ample street parking.)

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in spring valley. It's a wonderful neighborhood that has many highly reviewed restaurants. Grocery stores are also convenient! 5 minutes to Walmart and Target!

Getting Around:
Uber/Lyft is best way to get to the strip. On average, costs around $10~ to get to most of the Strip.

Other Things to Note:
Things we need to go over for a relaxing incident-free stay!

1) NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
** By booking this home, all guests hereby assumes full responsibility for risk of bodily injury, or death due to the negligence of the releases or otherwise while in or upon area. **

2) The pool is never heated; the pool will be the regular temperature for a Vegas pool in summer or winter. Nature controls the pool temperature!
***Do not touch pool equipment for any reason!

3) Loud groups will be contacted and given one opportunity to bring the noise down before any further action is taken. This is NOT a party house.

4) If the home smells like smoke when you stay is completed then there will be a $300 charge.

5) If there is excessive trash left in the home there will be a $200 charge.

6) Jacuzzi Jets do not turn on or heat up.
