Loved the pool it was very clean! Our host was easy to get ahold of and made getting into the property easy . House was very clean and had everything we needed from towels to coffee pot !

The host was thoughtful to have the AC running when we arrived which was a lifesaver on a 110 day. It looked as described and had everything we needed for a great weekend!

Our stay was good. Plenty of space for 4 people. Appliances all worked. Location was nice. Quiet neighborhood and only 15-20 minutes from the strip and 15-20 from airport. Pretty central location to get anywhere you want pretty easily. Made recommendation to change box springs/mattresses in 2 middle bedrooms because they are very squeaky. Not good for light sleepers. Communication was fine. Best for couples or adult group; not much for kids to do. Grill, but we didn't use it. Nice picnic table outside. 2 small bathrooms; 1 w/shower inside one of the bedrooms and the other w/shower/tub combo in hallway; both on backside of house. Price was ok, but wouldn't have paid what I did if I knew beds were so noisy. Overall stay was ok.

Great home and great host. Location was centrally located providing easy access to The Strip, Fremont Street, and Allegiant Stadium. Look forward to coming back.

What I liked about this house was having all the bedrooms on one floor. It helped with having little ones as well as grandparents, not having to go up and downstairs. The house was generally stocked with what was needed. The host bought a highchair for us to use during our stay. The televisions worked great when we used those. My biggest concern was the mattresses, one being very hard others being too soft others making noise when sleeping on it. And another big concern I had was the floors were dirty. They didn’t look dirty, but our socks and the kids feet were dirty after just a couple hours. It could be from the type of flooring they used or something else as well. I would also suggest that they update the lights to have the same type of lightbulbs, and to make sure all lightbulbs were working in the fixtures. I communicated with the host and she said they would have the House Cleaning group check into the floors after we left. So nothing was done while we were there. Grandma used the pool one time and said she liked it. And the pool cleaning people came while she was there so we know it gets cleaned.

Lovely home a short distance from Las Vegas Strip

This place was excellent, as a group of friends looking for a quiet place away from the liveliness of the strip this was perfect, with a private back porch area with a pool. Everything was well thought out and things like towels, hairdryer and shampoos provided for our stay, the pool cleaner also visited at the beginning of our stay to make sure the pool was fit for use :) we’d absolutely stay here again!

Nice place off strip

Nice place. Quiet neighborhood, clean , safe school nearby. Good value. Could use a few updates in general mostly exterior but worth the stay. I would recommend it.

Great pool, clean home, great neighborhood

Me and my best friend of 45 years stayed here and relaxed, swam, watched movies, ordered in and just had the most wonderful stress free mini vacation. The house is very clean and well stocked with towels, great kitchen. Stay here. You won’t be sorry.

Great place to stay

We stayed here with our adult/teenage kids for a short trip to see the Mat Franco show, walk the strip, and do some hiking. All the kids/couples had their own room and there was a nice place for us to gather. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the strip. The house had plenty of everything we needed. This was so much better and more cost effective then getting two hotel rooms.

Home Away From Home

Our famiky spent an enjoyable time at this property. It was in a quiet neighborhood, the kitchen was well stocked and their was ample room for our large family. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. I recommend thos home to other families.
