Also upstairs, is the large kids' room which is a standout feature, complete with a seating area, TV, two sets of bunk beds, and a crib, making it perfect for little ones and families. With an EV charger at the property, guests can charge their car overnight or during their stay, making their experience stress-free.

The inviting living room, with its wood-burning fireplace and complimentary firewood, creates a warm and cozy ambiance, ideal for gathering after a day at the beach. Outside, the private courtyard is an excellent space for enjoying summer nights, featuring a fire chimney and comfortable outdoor furniture. For those heading to the beach, the house comes stocked with beach toys and a wagon. Pets are not allowed, ensuring a peaceful and allergen free retreat.
