New for 2025. 3 Bedroom 2 bath home located in The Keys. Master bedroom has a queen bed with dresser and plenty of closet space. Ensuite master bathroom includes shower and garden tub. New hardwood floors in the master bedroom. Second bedroom has a full bed with dresser and closet. Third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. New hardwood floors in the third bedroom. Hall bathroom has been freshly painted and it has a shower/tub combo. Home sleeps 8 comfortably. Kitchen is very spacious with fridge, icemaker, stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave and Keurig coffee pot. Kitchen is completely stocked with all the necessities to cook. Separate dining area for your family to gather and eat. Living room is very spacious with plenty of room to sit and relax after a day at the beach or to watch your favorite television program. Free WIFI. Side by side washer and dryer is in mud room. After a day at the beach come back and relax on the wrap around deck that overlooks canal. Outdoor furniture is included. Gas grill is also available for renters. Concrete driveway with carport. No smoking or pets allowed. Linens are not included but can be purchased at the time of booking. Enjoy the Oceanside Village Community the includes private beach parking that includes bathrooms and showers, indoor pool, two outdoor pools with splash area for the kids. Also renters can use playground, pickle ball, basketball, bocce ball and tennis courts. Golf carts can be rented thru Oceanside Village. Dogs allowed!

Wonderful home in Dixon

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family was having another reunion in Myrtle Beach and we decided to rent homes inside of Oceanside village. During our stay we rented this lovely house for my family of 8. The home description is exactly as described. Inside the home it was very clean. It was a pleasure to wake up enjoying our coffee on the backside of the deck while watching the turtles swim was an extra bonus. Oceanside village is a family vacation with all the amenities makes it a special experience.
