Escape to our charming coastal retreat, tucked away inside the secure, gated Oceanside Village resort style community in Surfside Beach, SC. If you are planning a getaway or a relaxing vacation with family and friends, our home is the perfect spot for year round comfort and lasting coastal memories. We rent Spring, Summer, Winter and Fall for 7 to 14 nights or up to 30/60/90 nights stay..

Our cottage is designed for relaxation and sleeps 5 comfortably:
* Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable Queen bed, a spacious walk-in closet and En Suite bathroom.
* Second Bedroom: Equipped with a Full and Twin bed setup with Bathroom access and a walk-in closet.
* Living Area: Includes a Full-size sleeper sofa, Loveseat , 2 Recliners, Chair and an Air mattress located in the hall closet.
* Bathrooms: 2 modern, full bathrooms with handicap toilets. Full size tub/shower and a Walk-in shower.

* Schedule: Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday.
* Check-In Time: 2:00 p.m.
* Check-Out Time: 11:00 a.m.
* Pet Policy: Strictly no pets allowed due to severe allergies.

*AS A COURTESY to others.... We ask that you leave one courtesy roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for the next clients coming in.

* Our home is treated inside and out every 3 months for pest control. Please take out the trash and cardboard boxes often to reduce any problems with pests and place Garbage can at roadside on Trash pickup day.

If you disturb the neighbors you are to loud. Absolutely No fireworks. No parking on the grass. No under age drinking.

Golf Cart must be clean, plugged-in, parked in the locked shed while not in use. Check water level in the batteries under the seats w/distilled water

Must be 16 to drive the Golf Cart with a valid License. Children must be accompanied by a parent at all times. No more than 5 people on the Golf Cart

Coming back to same area and same house for3 + months next year.

Enjoyed my stay. A few problems early on that were quickly resolved. I have renewed my contract with this property for 2019. Found area very active yet peaceful and quiet. Neighbors friendly and helpful, as were the help at the gate. Owners were friendly and considerate and right on top of things.

We have stayed at this property many times. We are never disappointed. The house is spacious and has a lovely yard for our service dog. The golf cart makes ocean living effortless. The house offers all the amenities my family and I need. The property manager is available to answer questions whenever we contacted her. We will of course book it again.

Great vacation home

The property was a perfect fit for our vacation. It had many upgrades since our stay last year.

Once again our Myrtle Beach vacation was wonderful. Staying at Rachel and Bill's vacation home makes the holiday so easy and relaxing. The home is immaculate as is the lovely yard . The screened in porch is the perfect environment to relax in after a day at the beach. The golf cart is the best addition to this property. Travel to and from the beach is hassle free while transporting self and beach items on the cart. We are repeat vacationers to this property. It brings a smile to our heart when we reminisce about our stay at this property and the area. Thanks again to the property manager for being available at all times during our booking process and actual stay. SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!

Perfect Accomodation For A Relaxing Vacation

To have all the conviences of home especially with a pet you couldn't ask for more. The place was very clean and tidy, comfortable and right around the corner to the pools. With the golf cart included, the beach was just a short trip away. Plenty of parking space with a circle drive. Located close to Murrels Inlet where we love to eat and very close to the Garden City Pier. Downtown Myrtle Beach is a very short drive as well. Convenient property.

This was totally acceptable for a vacation rental. The beach with private parking is just a golf cart (included) ride away. The home itself needs some updating like carpets and appliances, but for a vacation it is more than adequate.

Why they chose this property

Our location with its circle drive and spacious open living area. It's quiet, cozy and it's comfortable! With a large yard. and shade trees for the kiddos or yourself to enjoy. We are only a 4th of a block away from the outdoor pools, splash pad and the jacuzzi areas. And just a short ride over to the indoor pool, kiddie pool and Jacuzzi, you can enjoy those amenities too. OSV offers a Worship Center, Cumminity Center and Activities center. There is Baseball , Basketball, Tennis and Bocce Ball courts for even more entertainment. Then you are just a short ride to the Beach on the golf cart with private ocean front parking with a OSV Pass.

Oceanside Village is located in Surfside Beach, Garden City with Murrells Inlet, The Marsh Walk and Myrtle Beach SC where there are plenty of Shopping Centers, Flea Markets, Amusement Parks, Zoo, Restaurants, Pubs and Grills, Swim Shops, Putt Putt Golf, Golf, Fishing, Paddle boarding or whatever your pleasures are within minutes away.

-Grocery and Door dash deliveries are available in most areas.

What makes this property unique

OCEANSIDE VILLAGE:
OSV has gated beachfront parking lot that gives our Oceanside Residents and Visitors with a pass has direct access to the beach. Also included at this site are outdoor showers and mens and womens restroom facilities.

*Please check with OSV for a keycard for access to the parking lot. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 to 5:00.

* Golf carts can be rented during your vacation. Daily and weekly packages are available. The golf cart rental area is located behind the OSV office on Oceanside Drive. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Visitors:
Please check with the OSV office for a keycard for access to the parking lot. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 to 5:00.

*The Hickory Grove Pool - Our large outdoor pool is located off Park Green. This particular amenity has been completely refurbished for 2011 and includes a spacious kiddie pool and Outdoor grills are available for your use also
- Hours of operation are 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

*The Oasis Pool - (Was just rebuilt in 2025-26) Our indoor swimming pool is located in the center section green area of the Village. This pool facility is ideal for year-round swimming and gives our guests another option in case of inclement weather. This pool also includes a kiddie pool for our smaller guests Jacuzzi.

*Fitness Center
Hours of operation are 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
