Pros:- small but perfectly comfortable - easy check-in/access with door key codes- good location close to cafés and a nice running trailCons:- tiny shower with not-so-great water pressure- parking lot was a little tight and numbers poorly marked (but conveniently located)

Location in Winooski was perfect to walk. Did not have a vehicle but parking spot was right in front. I used the public buses and stops were very convenient to the apt. Management quickly responded to any question’s. Stayed there for a week.

The apartment was extremely clean and nicely decorated. It was so close to the cute little downtown area of Winooski. Very easy to walk to dinner, lunch and coffee.

Great Location Cozy Rental

Great location. Easily walkable to coffee, restaurants, Winooski River Walk. Good, easy communication with manager, easy check in, small unit, parking, Wi-Fi great.

This is a cute little studio that is close to good restaurants and pretty river views of downtown Winooski. We stayed for a week and appreciated being able to walk to dinner or along the river. It was a great location for all of our days trips (Shelburne Farm, Ft. Ticonderoga, Asable Chasm, Lake Placid, Montreal, Stowe, etc.). Don't miss the Burlington waterfront and Saturday Farmer's Market! It was so nice to buy maple syrup and products straight from local farms. And don't forget the maple creemees! The one's at Palmer Lane Maple (Jericho) were the absolute best- they had real maple sugar sprinkles! There is plenty of room for 2 but it is small and the shower is barely big enough to turn around in. There were no coffee filters so we had to buy some (and left the rest for the next guests). Parking is available but it's a shared lot of 4 spots. Someone did park in our spot the first night so we parked on the street and had to move the car before 8am. James was fantastic and reached out to the others staying there and it wasn't a problem for the rest of the week. Overall, it was a great location and a decent room. We just felt it like it was small for the price (but we heard there is a housing shortage in/around Burlington). James was a wonderful host and his communications were quick and helpful. I would recommend this stay to other couples or singles.

Left front burner on the stove was left on. Minimal amount of silverware. Example. 2 forks 2 spoons. No stopper for kitchen sink nor dish detergent to clean dishes. Batteries in TV remote were both dead and corroded. Host offered to bring remote. It was faster to get them ourselves Air Conditioner was very basic with no temperature controls and hard to regulate. No tissues or writing materials. Requested several times to get an early check in since we were going to be in area between 12 and 2. We allowed check in a 3:00
