We had 16 people stay at this location. It comfortably would fit 14, but the host was very generous and allowed us 16 people. When we arrived we recognized a few things that were in need of attention like spider webs in windows and excessive dust build up on air intake vents and baseboards that contributed to allergy and breathing difficulties for every members of our party. A few things in need of repair when we arrived were reported to the host who is going to get those fixed. When we brought these concerns to the host she made efforts to rectify the situation. Overall, the property was average, in need of a good clean and minor repairs, and the host was very responsive and friendly. Things to know before you go: If you plan on cooking in the kitchen you will want to plan to bring most cook ware items with you. We ended up making extra trips to the store for things like foil, baking sheets, and scissors. There were plenty of cutlery and dishes though.

Booked the place because another host cancelled my stay last minute. Kate was responsive and super easy to talk to. Would definitely book this place again!
It’s a beautiful property and we all enjoyed the space and the ease of everything. Was little worried about not having a large gathering space but the common area between kitchen and living was more than enough for our large group. Thank you!
I booked with Kate for 3 days and was very hesitant because I was scammed prior on this app. Kate was there to answer all my questions to make me feel comfortable. Rooms were very spacious as well , loved the bathroom , it came fully stocked with things for the grill and fire place. Only thing I’d say is there was not very many things to cook with such a pot and pans . The hot tub wasn’t used because the water wasn’t filled fully and the temperature was luke warm . Kate was a very chill host that allowed me to celebrate my 23rd birthday here with multiple people . I WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN. There was a lot a spider webs and what not in the bnb, just needs a good dust .
