We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful mid-century home. The house was spotless, incredibly well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool area felt like a private resort—peaceful, stylish, and perfect for soaking up the sun. We couldn’t have asked for a better home or host and would happily stay here again!
The property was clean, spacious and quiet. Location was convenient with many places to visit and shops at within minutes from the house. I loved the landscaping with the star fruit tree in the side yard.

The host had good communication. The place was clean and well located for our needs. The 3rd bedroom and 3rd bathroom are kind of add ons but were fine. The tv was HUGE and perfect for our family to catch up on Stranger Things!!
The house is in a great location and easy to get to everywhere in Sarasota area. We really enjoyed the open layout and the kitchen was well stocked. The TV was amazing being so large and able to watch football. Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom which is very helpful. We did not find any extra bedding for the sofa bed but made due with blankets from home. The bathroom products were great and even extra touches like qtips and makeup towels. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool due to unseasonably cooler temperatures. But I imagine during normal florida weather it would be welcoming! And there is a nice table outside. We would rent again!

We were 3 families traveling to stay for the week. Shortly after arriving, we noticed the internet and TVs were not working. When we messaged the host, instead of beginning a solution, she denied the problem and said we had trouble connecting our phones. Not long after she did come by and finally confirmed for herself what we said was happening was true. Having just begun our vacation, I was understanding and patient, appreciating her coming around to trying to offer a solution. I let her know that I would be patient as she tried to solve the problem. As the days past, however, our plans were shifting with the weather, causing delays for our races, and frustrating us with an inability to watch the races that were able to take place on the TV. Some of adults turned out to need the Internet for work. Her solution was to wait for a new router to be mailed days later. This can be an acceptable solution (although she could have bought one), but nevertheless, it was an inconvenience for us. I reached out to her to ask her to contribute a fair amount for a refund for the missing amenities, and she got very defensive. I was dealing with a fair amount of other communication regarding our vacation (kids rowing at Nationals), so I did not appreciate the fact that she sent me no less than 50 messages within the week that we stayed there. It was a nuisance, it was not productive, and furthermore, she had no interest in, trying to understand how it was a major inconvenience to us.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am sorry that the internet issues during your stay caused frustration.
When the issue was first reported, there was still an active Wi-Fi signal throughout the property. The TVs, security cameras, and other connected devices remained online, so based on the information available at the time, I suggested troubleshooting the phones that were unable to connect. My intention was never to dismiss your concerns, but to identify the source of the issue as quickly as possible.
Once it became clear that replacing the router was the appropriate solution, I immediately contacted the internet provider and arranged for replacement equipment. During our communications, you mentioned that internet access was not a major issue because members of your group had cellular data available, and you agreed to the provider’s expedited two-day delivery timeframe for the replacement router.
Throughout the process, I made every effort to coordinate the delivery and installation, provide updates, and restore service as quickly as possible. On one occasion, I waited for your response at the property until 8:16 p.m. in an effort to complete the exchange and get the system back online as soon as possible.
I value guest feedback and always strive to handle unexpected situations promptly, communicate clearly, and work toward a resolution within the limits of third-party service providers.
