This beautiful unit is situated just steps from the resort’s stunning pool and hot tub, surrounded by palm trees and lounge chairs. Your ground-level patio is furnished with a grill and outdoor dining set, where you can relax while kids make use of the adjacent play area. During sun-filled pool days, easily walk back to your home for snacks and bathroom breaks. Just as easily, return to the pool area for an evening soak in the hot tub.

The Space:
When leisure time brings you indoors, cozy up on the large sectional couch facing the smart tv. While some of your group relaxes here with a movie or favorite show, the cook of your group can get busy in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and large island with barstool seating.

This home sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 is furnished with 2 sets of bunk beds for a total of 3 twin beds and 1 full size bed.

Pool and hot tub are heated all year-round!
There is an additional full bath that shares a door with the bunk room, and with the hallway as well.

You are close to all manner of outdoor adventures including numerous hiking and biking trails, beautiful lakes and parks. The area is known for dozens of golf courses including highly rated Entrada at Snow Canyon where the greens are surrounded by red rock views. Relax at renowned spa resorts or take in a show at the nationally acclaimed Tuacahn Amphitheatre. If you’re feeling lucky, Las Vegas is within a quick 2-hour drive.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Great location!!

The layout of the place was fantastic and the proximity to the pool was killer! This is exactly what I wanted where we could see the pool outside of the sliding glass door and easily go back-and-forth. The pool was great and not overcrowded. The water was a perfect temperature. We loved our stay.

Hot tub was closed without warning beforehand. The unit was difficult to find- we got two different addresses in the app and via text. We also learned that the unit next to us who was rented via Vrbo by a private tenant and not a rental company. They were offered to enter their unit early for free. I had to pay 30/hr for early check in. Going forward, I’ll look to rent from private renters.

The location was great. The directions we were given weren’t exactly correct. So finding it was a little tricky. But once we did we enjoyed the home and it was clean and well stocked.

Great family friendly condo

We love staying at Estancia when we come to St George! The amenities are great! Our kids love to play pickle ball and swim when we come. This condo was very clean and the management company was amazing to work with! The communication was quick and they were willing to come right out and fix a faucet and bring some salt, pepper and basic spices. We will definitely stay here again!

We were blown away with the level of welcome (personalized welcome note, mints on pillows, additional texts to ensure we had everything we needed)! This place felt like home and had everything we needed. The playground was very worn out and flimsy, and was being removed on April 11, 2026.The pool water temperature was alright but I wish it was a couple degrees warmer, especially in the beginning of April. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.
