Great Service

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rended one of their apartments for 2.5 months. They were very responsive for any needs I had. Most importantly, I received my full deposit back the day before I left with only the legitimate and documented electricity charges deducted. That doesn't always happen in Playa del Carmen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: L’emplacement était parfait, près de l’épicerie Soriana, près des restaurants, près de la 5e Avenu et à 10 minutes à pieds de la plage. Le logement était propre. Par contre, il y aurait quelques réparations à effectuer. Le robinet de la cuisine est à changer, il fuit de partout et n’à pas de pression. L’eau chaude se fait attendre dans la cuisine. L’air climatisée de la chambre n’a jamais fonctionné malheureusement. Ils ont tenté de faire effectuer la réparation à deux reprises, mais finalement l’appareil doit être changé. J’espère que ce sera fait pour les prochains vacanciers. Le réfrigérateur a gelé les aliments sur toutes les tablettes, même en abaissant le réglage. Il faudrait le réparer aussi. Nous avons apprécié tout de même notre séjour. La communication était bonne avec l’hôte et répondait rapidement. Si les réparations sont effectuées, je recommande l’endroit.

Reviewer Comments: Le Condo repaint mais il reste encore des endroits où la retouche n’a pas été peinte. tuyauterie du lavabo cuisine a été réparée mais tout est pourrie sous l’évier, les pentures de partes rouillées qui ne tiennent pas en place. ****** dégueulasse, moisissures et des champignons dans les coins et sur la raille de porte. Matelas et la tête de lit très sales. Le concierge m’a dit qu’il ferait les démarches pour les faire nettoyer. Je l’ai relancé à 4 reprise durant les 2 premières semaines (nous sommes restés 40 jours) mais il nous a tout simplement ignoré, jamais de réponse à ce sujet! Si vous apportez vos linges à vaisselle, cachez les lorsqu’ils viennent faire le ménage (faut le dire vite le ménage) car ils partent avec et ne les remplacent pas. stores sont sales et mal installés, ne peu pas en descendre un. Portes de la pièce de la laveuse et sécheuse ne s’ouvrent pas manuellement, besoin de passer un couteau entre les deux pour décrocher l’ouverture. Robinet de cuisine ne fonctionne pas bien, se décroche à rien. Toilette ne flush pas bien, doit lever le couvercle régulièrement pour tirer la chaîne. Comptoir lavabo salle de bain est entrain de décrocher. Armoire à gauche de la hôte de cuisine est entrain de décrocher. comptoir vis à vis l’évier cuisine a bougé laissant un bon espace où l’eau s’infiltre causant champignons et moisissures. ventilateurs plafond ne sont pas époussetés, il y a beaucoup de poussière d’accumulée, ce qui fait que lorsqu’ils fonctionnent la poussière se déplace dans la pièce. Les chaises de cuisine sont très sales. télévision du salon ne tient que par 1 ou 2 vis sur le mur. La base de la télé dans la chambre est bouilloire est rouillée à l’intérieur, boire de l’eau avec la rouillées est très néfaste pour la santé. The apartment is so beautiful on the inside, spacious, modern style, well equipped for a stay, with high ceilings, paintings and ornaments. Very well equipped kitchen.Upon arriving the friendly check-in guy greeted us with not only keys but also a good explanation of the surroundings and even brought some ice cold beer. This place, not only because of its convenient location but for its authenticity and friendly staff is highly recommended.

The beach, 5th Avenue, La Mega (grocery store), and anything you might need are within a 5 min walk. Best decision to stay here and not on fifth avenue, as there isnt nearly as much noise and you can actually sleep at night. Its also very convenient that there is a pull out coach. Great for the kiddos and 2 TVs so no one is fighting. But my favorite part might just be the mattress!

Grocery stores and shopping malls with 2 blocks. The Apartment is brand new and furnished very tastefully. The kitchen is completely fitted out with great appliances and utensils. The building is secure and the common pool area is very pleasing.
