Located two and a half blocks from the Beaches and Boardwalk, this two bedroom, one and a half bathroom, second floor unit with a shared ground level patio must be experienced in person to truly be appreciated. Each improvement has been installed with the families trip to the Beach in mind and updates are consistent. A plethora of exquisite dining, shopping, and entertainment options just a short distance away on New Jersey, Pacific, Atlantic, or Ocean Ave, on the Boardwalk, or by the Bay offer unlimited opportunities to experience a different taste and style of Wildwood each day. If you need more space, be sure to check if the first floor unit is available. Although Goodnight Irene's across the street is closed, a Philadelphia restaurant called the Rook has purchased the property and is now open!
Since Juniper Ave is a one way street, the best way to check in to the property is to leave the vehicle in the street out front of the main stairwell entry off Juniper Ave with the flashers on. The property owner(s) provide two parking permits for metered spaces out front on Pacific Ave. Run inside the unit to grab the parking permits the owner(s) leave for guest use. The parking permits are used for the metered spaces out front on Pacific Ave. Once parked, proceed up the stairwell to the lockbox and main entry off the private second floor deck. First entry into the unit places guests inside the kitchen with the living area across the room, and the dining area, bedrooms, and bathrooms to the left. The lavatory is located across from the dining area and the sliding doors behind the dining area table contain the stacked washer and dryer. To the left of the dining area is the queen bedroom, which connects to the Pyramid Bedroom by way of the Jack and Jill style bathroom.
This property does not accept smoking inside, group reservations, tenants under 25 years of age, or reservations signed for by parents/legal guardians!
Cancellation Policy: All payments towards the reservation total are refundable, minus 3% card processing fee, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
Linens: An optional amenities package is also available for purchase through Beach Home Services. The amenities package includes bedsheets for all beds and towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths). Items will be individually wrapped inside grey plastic storage totes and orange dry-cleaning bags and located near the unit’s entry upon your arrival. Tenants will need to bring Extra Blankets and Pillows for Sleeping (just in case), Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows, Bedspreads / Comforters are provided. To reserve your amenities package, contact Kelly with Beach Home Services at beachhomelinens@gmail.com before the day of checkin.

Overall it was a very nice place with restaurants and stores in walking distance. Beach was a little further away then we thought so I wouldn't advise planning on walking to the beach. Parking was a little difficult on the weekends. My only real complaint was the beds being very uncomfortable and definitely in need of an upgrade.
The property was beautiful, immaculate and spacious. Location is perfect for beach or boards and shopping close-by. Don't count on having use of the outdoor yard area or outdoor shower as it is in the downstairs units gated backyard. Its is shared, but if feels like you would be intruding and the downstairs guests were always out there with their 2 dogs anyway. Overall it was very enjoyable. Just an honest opinion. Also we went a little past checkin (4teenage girls) I notified the realtor that i hope it wouldn't be a problem, we're being as fast as possible. He came back extremely rude. I understand checkout time is important, but I could have been spoken to in an adult manner. That shyed me away from property for future stays. We left the place immaculate and even left the next renters supplies! I would recommend it though, nice place

We understand that a shared space might feel less private at times, especially when other guests are utilizing it. We appreciate your honest feedback on this point. Regarding your departure, as check-out is at 10 AM, our response to your text message simply stated, "A late checkout was not previously approved and to please vacate the property as soon as possible. Thank you!" This is our standard procedure to ensure the property is ready for incoming guests, as we often have back-to-back bookings, especially during peak season. We're glad to know that despite these points, you still had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend our property. We appreciate your positive comments about leaving the place immaculate and even providing supplies for the next renters—thank you for that!
