This 3-bedroom, 3-bath plus bonus room home features an open floor plan, screened porch, and hardwood floors. It sleeps 11 with a first-floor master suite, bunk room, and game room (with sofa sleeper). The neighborhood offers two pools, tennis courts, and access to hiking and biking trails. Explore nearby Seaside and Blue Mountain Beach or enjoy dining and paddleboarding. With modern amenities and beach charm, Bluenose is the perfect getaway for families and groups.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Welcome to Bluenose 125! This recently built, beautifully furnished home is located in the gated Preserve at Grayton Beach, a serene and private community along 30A. Offering two pools (one seasonally heated), tennis courts, a clubhouse, and a private deeded boardwalk to the beach, Bluenose is the perfect coastal retreat. The beach is just a 10-minute walk (4/10 of a mile), and the surrounding Point Washington State Forest features over 10 miles of hiking and biking trails for nature lovers.

First Floor:
Step inside to find a bright, open floor plan with ten-foot ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors throughout. The tastefully decorated living room provides comfortable seating and a large TV, while the fully stocked kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious island with bar seating. The dining area accommodates up to ten and opens onto a screened patio, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
The master suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower with dual showerheads, and a walk-in closet. A secondary game room offers additional space to unwind, with a TV, sleeper sofa, and an array of books, games, and toys.

Second Floor:
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations. One room features a queen bed, while the other includes two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. Both rooms have flat-screen TVs and share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Preserve at Grayton: The Preserve at Grayton Beach is an ultra-exclusive and gated community right on Scenic 30A. This neighborhood features custom built beach-chic homes with state-of-the-art amenities and inclusions. In one of these meticulously appointed homes, you’ll find yourself surrounded by one-of-a-kind beauty that is unsurpassed in every sense. Enjoy 2 community pools (1 heated seasonally – the East Pool closes at Dusk while the West Pool remains open a while longer), 1 tennis court, a gas grill, and 4 brand new pickleball courts. Gated (deeded) Beach Access: There is a dedicated path at the east pool where you can park your bikes or golf cart. You will walk across the crosswalk and find a gated access. This community has access to a large parcel of beach (about 7 acres) that the public has no way of accessing. There is plenty of sand to be found as we also sit next to a portion of Grayton beach state park.

Other details to note:

No loose bags of trash are permitted. Bear-proof trash cans are provided, which employ bear-resistant latches or straps that physically prevent animals from opening the lid. Trash can lids must remain completely closed and latched at all times (including when placed on the street side for pickup) to prevent access by animals, such as bears and raccoons.

Trash removal is scheduled for Mondays & Thursdays. Per Walton County policy: trash containers shall be placed curbside no earlier than 2 hours before sunset (4pm) the evening prior to scheduled collection days. For all non-pick-up days, garbage must be kept in sanitary, covered, and secured trash containers that are stored out of street view. In case they are needed, guests will find extra public trash bins located at the two clubhouses.

Per stated House Rules, do not hang any items on railings or balconies. This HOA will fine units in violation of this policy. If we receive a fine for the dates of your stay, this $100 fine will be passed on to the guest responsible.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
