Sanctuary by the Sea spans 23 acres and offers amenities including three sparkling pools, two hot tubs, grilling stations, seasonal gas firepits, a fitness center, and a clubhouse. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.

We do not rent to under 25.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
