Sanctuary at Redfish 2117 Incredible Beach Experience Beach Service Included

My husband and I love the experience of being on 30A. It is our sanctuary and home away from home. The incredible views on Redfish lake and Gulf of Mexico are like no other on 30A. The experience to have a private boat captain take you by pontoon boat from the pool across the lake to your own private beach with a beach service including 2 chairs and an umbrella set up daily. There are also 2 beach chairs in the condo for your use or you can rent additional chairs and umbrellas through the beach service. The boat runs from 9am to 5pm in the Spring and Fall and 9am to 7pm in the summer through August

This professionally decorated 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condominium is one of the few extended or larger three bedroom units in the 64 condominium complex that share the 14 acres nestled along Big Redfish Lake and the Gulf.
Granite countertops in all bathrooms and kitchen, upgraded kitchen appliances, crown molding, and gas fire place, this beautiful condo offers to many first class luxuries to mention. Relax by the large pool area and listen to the soothing waterfalls that lead to the attached separate individual smaller pool areas which are landscaped with flowing palms and different variations of foliage.
The amenities include lakeside dock, exercise room, deeded beach access, high speed internet, walking trails, and gated community. To get to the beach, it is a five to ten minute bike ride or take a relaxing stroll. If you would like a more unique trip, take a ride on the pontoon boat or kayak to cross the lake and be on your own private beach. This is our 3rd or 4th time to stay in this unit and we will definitely be back. We love everything about it! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, the furniture is cozy and the complex is very nice. We had a great time in the heated pool and made s'mores using the fire pit on a chilly February night. The beach area was beautiful as always! Thanks for sharing your wonderful condo!

Best Beach Getaway

We had a great week! The condo is so spacious, and comfortable. We loved condo 2117. We had a great view of the 4 pools, lake and ocean. We had plenty of room for our family of 4. We loved the sectional couch, perfect for a relaxing evening after a day at the beach and pool. We also loved that we could walk to close by restaurants and the creamery! Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect for families

Fabulous property with great pools and quiet uncrowded beach access. The quick boat ride makes it so easy to get to the beach. The condo was stocked with literally everything we needed and more. We had our grown kids and the grand baby. Mary has two pack-in-plays, a high chair, a stroll and a booster chair. All are in great shape and it was wonderful to not have to pack all of that. This unit has a nice view of the ocean which can only be gotten with a second floor unit.

The perfect getaway

Our group of five adults had a wonderful time at Sanctuary at Redfish condo 2117, owned by Mary Burch. We stayed for a week in July 2020. The kitchen was fully stocked (even a waffle maker!), the furniture was very comfortable, and the view was divine. It was nice to have the pool area to enjoy as well as the beach (Mary provides beach service of two chairs and an umbrella, as well as two additional chairs that can be carried down from the condo. This was extremely nice, as it reduced what we had to bring from home.) We also used the canoes and kayak, and appreciated the pontoon boat ride to the beach and back each day. We never did walk to the beach, so I cannot comment on how easy or difficult that is. Overall, it was a perfect stay. Thank you, Mary!

What a beautiful condo! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious and very nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything you would ever need. Such a comfortable couch! The pools were beautiful. My teens enjoyed hanging out there while my husband and I loved the beach. We only had one day of rain, but it did help cool off the pool water! Being able to use the umbrella and chairs at the beach was heavenly! The beach was gorgeous. The soft white sands, perfect water temperature and beautiful color of the gulf made every day great!!!! Only suggestion would be to supply beach towels so we didn’t need to bring them from home and a small cooler to take food to the beach. We loved Mimmo’s for dinner and Grace pizza was awesome! I would definitely recommend this unit to family and friends.

Luxury Relaxation

This condo exceeded all expectations. It was roomy and luxurious and had everything in the condo we needed. Extra blankets for chilly evenings … kitchen tools to make breakfasts and lunches … great seating in the balcony to overlook the pools and ocean. The walk to the beach was easy and the pool chairs were waiting for us. We were able to walk to coffee in the mornings and throughly enjoyed all this place had to offer. We will not hesitate to return here.

This was our fourth stay at SAR. It's perfect for our family. This unit in particular is spacious, beautifully decorated and well-stocked with everything you need for a great stay. Wonderful spot on 30A

I loved this place. It was very clean and well maintained. Felt very large. Wonderful view of the late and ocean off the back patio. The pools were lovely. The beach was a very easy boat ride away. We also enjoyed taking the canoes out on the lake. The kitchen was well equipped. We usually stay in Grayton, but this will be our new goto on 30A. We rented bikes and rode everywhere we wanted to go so we did not have to find parking. It was an easy bike ride to the State Park and The Red Bar. We also rode into Watercolor and Seaside one day. Mary was wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back.

Perfect condo for our spring break

We stayed at this condo for our spring break with our family of five and it was perfect. The condo is absolutely huge and has four bathrooms which made it a dream with 3 teenagers. Mary, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive. The kitchen was very well stocked. The parking garage under the building was great and so convenient as this unit is right near the elevator. The entire complex was so well kept and everyone we encountered was so friendly. The beach was amazing and a very easy boat ride. There was always an umbrella and two chairs available and set up for us. The location of this condo is perfect. 30A is so busy but this section was really nice. Not crowded but had lots of restaurants within walking or biking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Why they chose this property

Our condo is one of the few extended or larger 3 bedrooms which gives a much bigger master bedroom and living area. It is located on the second floor right off the elevator. We have a beautiful view of Redfish lake and the gulf. We love Blue Mountain beach the most on the 16 mile stretch of 30 A. It is perfect location to all our favorite restaurants and entertainments spots. Sanctuary at Redfish is minutes from Grayton Beach, Water Color and Seaside. 20 minutes from Rosemary beach and San Destin.

What makes this property unique

My husband and I love spending mornings by the pool and then when the breeze picks up go to the beach. Then you are ready for early evening walk around Seaside and watch sunset at Bud and Alleys. Stand up paddle surfing is awesome on Redfish lake. And bass fishing is good early morning.
