Close to everything!

We really enjoyed our stay - we were in town for the Missouri Valley men’s basketball tournament, and the location is perfect! It’s easy to begin and end your day at the fan hangout in Ballpark Village, and “home” is just a few steps away!

We stayed at Ballpark Heights for the location. Walkable to The Arch and Ballpark. Parking garage on the adjacent block. The studio was comfortable for two but no more. Very clean and supplied with everything we needed for a two night stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Ballgame

Property is excellent location for many downtown attractions. The studio was as described, however, we were not able to get television reception or Wi-Fi for the entirety of r stay. With severe thunderstorms in the area this was concerning, especially with a tornado a couple of days earlier. We had no way of being adviced on conditions. Also, parking is an issue and costly. I would think The Landing could work with the parking garage across the street on a slight discount for multiple night stay. We went to the rooftop for television connection, the air condition was off and no toilet tissue in either bathroom, while indoor televisions worked well the outside did not. I am not a complainer but after getting what we thought was a good room rate then having various fees added on I felt the need to voice my opinion on these concerns.
