Furnished double wide manufactured home, centrally located in quiet over 55 community in Yuma, AZ. Spacious home with two bedrooms. Master bedroom has its own bathroom (queen bed) and second bedroom has a full bed. All linens and kitchenware provided. Great house for entertaining with many armchairs/sofas, big dining room table and kitchen table. Bonus Arizona room and sitting area on the porch. Outdoor furniture and grill provided. All utilities and basic cable included in the price. Located in Capri RV Resort with park fees included in the rental price. Heated pool and spa, bingo/card playing, dancing, planned activities, weekly dances, card room, jam sessions, potlucks, weekly potlucks.

Our stay in Yuma

We stayed a month in this place it was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much and Elizabeth was very helpful, she helped us out whenever we needed her!!!

Spacious and functional

This was our 2nd year staying for a month. We had some friends join us for one of the weeks. We are got used to the noise from the occasional planes landing, there are fairly intrusive at first. We found we needed to use “heavy duty” cycle on dishwasher to clean dishes.

Overall Conditions

1) Wrong door key in lockbox; 2) We had DVR service on our previous visit; She said she knew nothing about that; 3) Upon entry the ensuite bathroom floor was filthy; 4) Urine stains on outside of small bathroom toilet; 5) Floor filthy behind couch; 6) We cleaned items 2-5 at move in; 7) Liz was very responsive to our texts and kept us well informed when services outside of the home were to be performed; 8) The community was very friendly; 9) The pool and hot tub were great and clean;

Clean and functional

Liz’s property was exactly as described. Because it was cold outside, it took us a beat to figure out to go to the pool to lounge. There is a military base with helicopters, sometimes up to six, flying low and so loud the place vibrates. On the other hand, it was quite close to everything. We also had a fridge that needed replacing and lost some food but it was replaced fairly quickly. Park facilities (excepts pool and hot tub which were great, if small) are adequate. My husband went to an outside gym.

Towels

We washed and dried all towels as required, and she messaged us more than once and stated that no one could find them. We did not hang them in the bathroom as we should have, but put them in one of the cabinets in the hall.

Yuma: Escape rom the cold

Second stay at this unit for an extended period. Unit is fine, park is dated. Major attribute is location: 5 minutes to 2 grocery stores, 3 golf courses, an urgent care, multiple restaurants, public library, off-track betting and many stores. Less than 20 minutes to Old Town, hospital, Yuma mall, a casino, sight seeing etal.

Enjoyable stay

I needed to be in Yuma to babysit my new grandson for a month until my daughter trained a replacement at her job. This turned out to be an ideal place to stay. The doublewide is plenty big and everything I needed was there. I had brought some kitchen items with me but I didn't need them. The house had everything needed for a long term stay. Close to shopping.
