WHY YUMA. There is a lot to do here alone. It is a historical county with Fall festivals here and in Somerton, a few miles away. There is a big mall in this town and a downtown historical area. There are many stores and restaurants. The river offers swimming and fishing year round in the river and lakes. Plenty of Tilapia and the biggest catfish I have ever seen.. Lots of sand dunning. Not so far to go for things. Hospital and doctors are close. Lots of things to see in little towns North. San Diego is close and so is Phoenix, Tyson, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, The Mountains from San Bernardino area and North. Yuma makes a good stopping area in between. We are just an elderly couple living here in a good plot of land trying to start a garden. Have decorated with flowers I made and Satins; love making dresses and crafting and creating; I do use a wheel chair and a cane. Will serve Breakfast and offer treats; many items in kitchen are for use; we stay out unless to get something of necessity or asked; Park has a pool; with a fence and electricity security but we must accompany you there. Personal bath has a shower but other has a full bath and shower; washer, drier. Park only allows renters two animals (options). For we have two. One is a dog that likes to stay inside, the cat likes to stay outside. We are pleasant people but educated and will not allow disorder. We are good to talk to because we have traveled California,. Oregon, Mexico, and anything west of Missouri. Knowledgeable of maps and the area.
