Great House
We stayed four days at this house and highly recommend it. Everything ran smoothly, the location was great, and the communication with the host was excellent.
If we ever return, it will definitely be one of our top choices.
This quaint place had everything needed for my staff and I for a busy week in Yuma. The beds are AMAZING and the Pillows!!!! I never seen so many on a bed. So comfy. Area is off the grid and quiet. Even the pool was relaxing and refreshing. Thank you for letting us stay in your little gem in Yuma!!!
We have been coming to Yuma for years to visit my grandma who lives in the Foothills. We decided to rent a place in Yuma this time and this place was great!! Just minutes away from great restaurants and the Yuma Palms Mall. The condo had been nicely updated and the king bed was so comfortable that we contacted the property manager to get the brand info. The community pool is convenient to the condo and nice. We put this condo on our favorites list for next visit.
The interior of the condo is immaculate, amenities are good, and the furnishings are very comfortable. The exterior (patio) is in disrepair and not really usable, as furniture is dirty and broken.
The surrounding area is run down, but neighbors were welcoming and friendly. Noise was minimal and overall, it was a good stay.

Some good some great and some not so good aspects
Parking and checking was 5 star.
Living room area couch was comfy. All chairs were horribly uncomfrotable.
Older complex, but well maintained, quiet and safe. Unit was very clean, had basics in the kitchen and some extras (water, snacks). Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Hubby appreciated the soap & shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower. Towel bars & robe hooks in the bathrooms would have been helpful (just a suggestion). Neighbor's dogs were a bit noisy at times, but nothing over the top. Convenient location, although nothing within short walking distance other than a Circle K. Didn't contact the host but had to give it a rating, hence the 3. Overall, would recommend.

Unpleasant odor
The remodel was nice. And it was nice to have a washer and dryer. The Jacuzzi tub in the one bathroom looks very stained and old. The beds were very comfortable. The towels were very nice. There was an unpleasant odor when we walked in and we finally figured out that it was one of the glade plug-ins. After we removed all of the plug-ins it was better. overall it was a comfortable stay.
I have stayed here twice. The condo is very clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, nice bathroom linens and great location. The only thing that is not perfect is the scent being used in the plug-ins/air fresheners. We had to light the candles to mask it. It had this scent both times I have stayed here. Change the plug-ins to a different scent. Something more neutral like Vanilla or Fresh Rain

Disappointed
The pool had leaves and such along with an old torn Sun chair cushion floating in it. The lounge chairs were falling apart. The pool man came on Monday (we arrived on Friday) and the pool appeared nice but the old cushion was left on the pool deck, evidence of what had been. I wish I had trusted prior reviews of barking dogs. We left so we didn’t have to listen to them. SMELL was awful. They tried to cover up the OLD smell with plug ins. The master bath water was reversed along with the light switches. Large crack in kitchen ceiling, apparent electrical outlet hole in closet, dirty or stained bathtub.Dirty freezer, closet…. Keurig needed descaled. Someone is very good with the camera. The place was nicely decorated but it stunk.

Hi Shelli, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your review, and they wanted to share the following:- We sincerely regret that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations.- The pool is a community amenity, as noted in the listing, and maintenance is scheduled regularly. We understand that timing may not have aligned with your arrival.- While the home has character due to its age, we ensure it is well-maintained and up to standard for our guests. As can be seen by previous positive reviews, concerns like these have been uncommon, though we acknowledge a past mention of a musty smell. Given Yuma’s dry climate, this is not typical, and we are investigating the cause to ensure the home remains fresh and comfortable.- We recognize that external factors, such as neighborhood noise, can impact a stay, and we’re sorry this affected your experience.Thank you for your feedback, and we regret that your stay was not as expected.

Townhouse Feedback
Our stay was mostly ok. The townhouse is in an older part of Yuma and in an older townhouse complex where the majority of tenants are permanent. The unit has obviously been updated. When you walk in the unit looks very nice. It seems that some of the money spent on decorating could have been used to make the unit a little more user friendly. The table and chairs in the dinning area look cute, but is mostly useless. Very awkward to use. There is plenty of space for a real dinette set. There are no lamps anywhere for indirect lighting - only ceiling fan/lights. Hard to sit on the couch or lay in bed and read with these glaring overhead lights. There are no bars or rings in either bathroom to hang a towel on. This would seem like a simple fix.Just a few little improvements would make this unit a lot more "comfortable?.
Our arrival date was January 6 We got in about 9 pm and moved our suitcases and groceries into the condo We soon realized that the pictures and write up were quite different than what we walked into. The place was not very clean. Cobwebs ran from kitchen light to the wall The kitchen cupboard doors do not all stay can loses and a hinge was off one The fridge was good clean and ran well Two coffee cups was the limit and we were a party of 3 No dish towels and no tea towels The two bathrooms were good with nice toilet and tub/ showers Beds were quite comfortable The living room had a soft seat sofa and a broken rocker type chair in one corner. Patio was the worst Wicker chairs had holes in the seat part and no cushions Holes were 8-12 inches
Laundry was on patio. Both washer and dryer worked but we’re covered in dust / dirt The washer pumped out into a stand pipe but was then drained with a garden hose to the fence. At the fence it ran back towards the patio concrete and flooded in front of washer and dryer Bbq was not cleaned It had burnt grease on it along with rust spots ( was a griddle) The concrete patio had dust and leaves on it
The two managers were of little to no help other than we received a couple of tea towels and 4 chairs for the patio . The roof over a portion of the patio was cracked and peeling. Property was supposedly owned by Evolve
The garage was a car port type with shed and cupboard at front. This left 1/3 of my vehicle outside
