Beautiful home excellent management

This is our second time staying in this home. We will definitely be going back. We absolutely love this house and property. It has every amenity we needed to be comfortable. The property managers are very attentive and respond very quickly with any needs.

Beautiful home!

We just stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The home and grounds are beautiful and have everything you could need for your stay. The owner/property manager is easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions that we had. Would definitely recommend this property.

Family vacation

The house is beautiful, close to golf courses and lots of places to eat and shop. The pool and hot tub very relaxing after a long day of running around. Kitchen well equipped for preparing your own meals. Loved our stay

Great Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our family. Everything was clean and well equipped. There was plenty of room. Check in was smooth. My older children really appreciated the bar and grill located in the club house. I really appreciated the free coffee in the morning.

Beautiful and spacious

We loved the furnishing and xmas decorations all around the villa. There were plenty of rooms and two family rooms to enjoy, chat or just watch TV. We also loved the beautiful pool and wirlpool outside which due to the cold temperature we could not use. We will definately re book this villa.

Great stay!

The house was beautiful. There was some confusion over getting the spa heated, but the manager quickly addressed the issues and made everything right. 20 minutes to Disney Parks, 30 minutes to Universal. The gated community was really nice, and it’s an easy walk to the poolside tiki bar. We were 2 families with kids, and there was plenty of space for us all. We had a great trip!

Perfect for our family!

This home exceeded our expectations. The pictures don't do it justice! It is quite pretty--updated, open, spacious, clean, and in a nice and safe neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after our park days at Hollywood and Universal. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay--instructions, cooking and cleaning resources, linens, everything! The club pool and tiki bar were very nice, and the food and drink were fair priced. Our family (three boys of 17, 14, and 10) had a wonderful time--thank you!!!

Peaceful and relaxing stay

We were two families of 3 staying in the villa, visiting from England. The villa is spacious, clean and accommodating. We were provided all the information we needed before arriving and the management were fantastic with requests that we had. The two separate living areas were a great benefit. The pool area was clean and the kids absolutely loved it. Terra Verde is a wonderful gated resort. The facilities are clean and well maintained. We ordered food to the house a number of times without issue and even had some post delivered. Would definitely recommend staying here. Is was an easy drive to all parks and international drive and a comfortable and welcoming home.

4.5 stars!

So the only things we are would change, please go grab some cheap travel toiletries for those who didn’t pack everything, toss a couple small bottles of laundry soap in by the washing machine for use, leave a small cooler for tennant use, and leave a couple box fans for the tenants to use as they wish. So for less then $100 that’d take it to a 5 star for us. Other then those small things it was a well appointed unit inside a nice community. Would stay again and recommend to anyone. Had a great time and thanks for letting us use your place for Disney HQ!

Gated Resort Area

Beautiful house, well appointed with comfortable furniture. Screened in back porch with nice pool. Nice layout inside with two living room and dining areas. Although there is an ice maker in the refrigerator, it was turned off and there was no ice in the tray. If you want ice the first day you may have to stop by a store. The BBQ was not working, but the host was aware of that and should get that fixed. NOTE-there is no shampoo provided by the host. Anyone going through the airport TSA knows this is an inconvenience. Of all the rentals I have stayed at, this is the only one where shampoo isn't provided. Overall, lovely, comfortable place in a secure, gated community.
