Great place to stay!

This was a nice place to stay! Comfortable king bed ,very clean , nice and quiet.Very friendly host answered any questions I had with quick response.Would definitely stay here again if in area ! 10 out of 10 stars.

Convenient to downtown

The property was very clean and was a really nice place, as good as high dollar hotel. Had very good interior amenities.If i had to pick any draw back it would be that it didn't have a pool.Other than that, superb stay!

Couldn't locate towels, found them wet in the clothes drier. Wasn't intuitive how to switch the bath tub faucet into shower mode. Very clean place, would book again.

The Location of condo was perfect we felt very safe. Parking access was a great. The bed was very comfortable and clean. I could not give a full 5 stars for the following: There was was a towel hanging on the towel rack in the bathroom that was damp. The vent near the front door needs some cleaning. This part was a little out of your control, but there was somebody outside of the apartment at 03:00 in the morning scraping something on exterior walls right outside the bedroom window for about and hour. Overall staying at this apartment made our stay in Birmingham an enjoyable experience.

The property was fine. The baseboards were very dusty throughout the apartment but most especially in the bathroom where they were covered in dust and body hair. There were no towels to be found in the bathroom. I eventually found them in the dryer. The address given could specify the apartment number also. I feel like a had to do lots of communication (which was very easy and effective) with the owner to get the info I needed to check in.
