Enjoy your stay in Raleigh in our 1/1 Suite on sought-after inside the beltline! The property sits on 1/3 of an acre with no neighbors in the front just great views to mature trees…Enjoy relaxing in the living room and/or dinning room area. Incredibly quiet yet a hop away to I-440. Easy access and view to the outdoor patio....great for relaxing or using the fire pit. Parking and private entrance. Centrally located: 1 mile to Crabtree Mall, 3 miles to North Hills Mall and 4 miles to Cameron Village, NCSU and downtown Raleigh! Just you like nice properties, we like nice guests….BEFORE booking please note that we have a FIRM no shoes inside the unit policy.

"For your safety and ours, only the guests included in the original booking are permitted on the property at any time. Any additional visitors are not allowed."  There are exterior cameras throughout the property.

We stayed here to get my daughter moved back into State. It was so close to campus and the perfect space for she and I!

Better than the photos

This was a lovely stay. Great value and location to everything in the Raleigh area. Only thing to be aware of if that the back entrance is very dark after sunset. There is a two switch function to light the back. It is not a sensor. Once you walk down the drive the covered switch is at the gate then, another one at the door to turn it off.

My biggest issue was the communication with our host. We were waiting outside/driving around for an hour because the host didn’t give us the code. We sent her multiple messages when we arrived and she didn’t respond. The place was clean other than the amount of bugs on the floor. They were these centipede looking things and there was also a live cockroach.

Lona, I am sorry your stay was not pleasant. It did not seem that way by the communication we had. Check-in instructions are sent approximately an hour prior. Attached a picture for reference. I even sent texts to your phone in the event guests are not checking emails. We have pest control that comes in quarterly. However, bc the suite is in the lower level, if the doors are not closed all the way, insects could come in. You should have communicated this to me and I would have let you know about the door. Consider in the future communicating with the host of any issues as opposed to leaving what comes across as an ill-intent message after the fact. Prior to this review guests awarded the property 10/10.
