About this property

With spectacular views, the house is located on the hill that divides two of the most popular beaches of Ubatuba Praia Grande and Tenorio Beach, both to very few meters, accessed on foot.
With a very large living room and integrated to the American kitchen, the dining room and the infinity pool, the property still has a barbecue and 5 suites, all with split air conditioning and balcony overlooking the sea.
Very safe: we have a security team that turns 24 hours a day in the house.

OBS .:
- We do not provide bed and bath linen;
- We do not provide beach utensils;
- The house accommodates in beds and bi-beds up to 16 people. Above this number it is necessary to bring mattresses and we charge an extra person fee. We allow a maximum of 20 people (including children);
- Elevator and hot tub are not available.
- The 5th suite is external, is between the pool area and the garage, has air conditioning, ceiling fan and balcony with hammock facing the sea;
- We have signed a contract with a recognized firm since the reservation.

Péssima experiência! Nunca mais alugo com o Alugue temporada, não deram nenhum respaldo e a casa era totalmente enganosa! horrível!

Linda vista

O imovel tem uma vista linda, fica no alto e possui quartos limpos e confortaveis. A sala aberta com ambientes todos integrados é maravilhosa. Os pontos a melhorarem são que faltam pequenas mas muita manutenção simples. As escadas que dão acesso a casa são muito perigosas para quem tem criança pequena.

CASA MA RA VI LHO SA!!!

A casa é incrível. Comportou tranquilamente minha família. É um casa demais, com sofás e puffs super confortáveis. A piscina com borda infinita é incrível, porém, muitoooooo gelada. Se tivesse um aquecedor, seria espetacular! A casa tem toda a estrutura necessária. Apesar de não ter ventiladores na sala, a casa é muito fresca. Em relação a segurança, nos deixou mais a vontade o fato de ter um segurança 24hs, uma vez que o portão não é fechado durante o dia. Porém, acredito que seria bom fechar com porta ou portão o fundo da casa, que fica aberto e me deixou um pouco desconfortável. Precisei cuidar para que minha cachorrinha não saísse por lá e fosse embora, uma vez que dava acesso para fora da casa. As portas de vidro da casa deveriam ter sinalização com faixas, para ajudar a identificar quando as mesmas estiverem fechadas, principalmente em relação à crianças. Além disso, algumas delas não fecham direito, deixando uma abertura A internet é muitooooo boa. Estivemos em 10 conectados na rede e a qualidade permaneceu. O David nos recebeu muito bem. Voltaremos em breve. Indico e recomendo.

A casa é realmente maravilhosa! A vista é inacreditável, a piscina com a borda infinita é sensacional. Já fechamos para voltar neste ano ainda, desta vez ficaremos mais tempo para curtir melhor a casa.
