Located in Buffalo, this building is a dream. No expense was spared when this commercial property was renovated into a second floor two bedroom and one bathroom apartment in a gated property three blocks away from Olmsted Parkway and Elmwood Village (voted One of America's 10 Best Neighborhoods!)

After a day of exploring, relax in front of the fireplace, make a drink at the bar (BYOB), or gather your family around the large fully stocked modern gourmet kitchen island to share the fun of the day and plan your next adventure. End the night relaxing on the balcony. In addition to two bedrooms, there is a full-size sofa bed and futon tucked into corners of the main living space. Sleeps 7.

You have to get here! The couches & beds, kitchen & bar, balcony & party lights make this apartment an absolute must stay in Buffalo! The gated parking lot is so very helpful & you can walk to parks, shops, & cafes.Bonus: laundry room!

The apartment was perfect for our stay. There was plenty of room for the kids to spread out and the kitchen had everything you would need. The location was good and within walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. It was centrally located for our Buffalo area adventures. John was available to answer any questions we had. We would stay again!

I had a great experience at this spacious and well equipped 2 bedroom apartment. The beds are comfortable, the neighborhood quiet and secure. The kitchen was beautifully designed. And the large living room is perfect for family gatherings. The property owner and manager were warm and responsive to my questions and always available.Since I needed to be in Buffalo for a week, having a laundry in the building and barbecue were a bonus. It was also walking distance to 5 points, Essex pub and the Elmwood neighborhood.

This was a wonderful stay overall. Would be a great place to stay if you needed a long term rental. The host was gracious, receptive to all feedback and wanted us to feel welcomed. I would rent there again. Felt very safe and convenient to the Elmwood neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and more. The location was excellent, walking distance of several great coffee shops and cafes and a short drive from many local attractions. John was an outstanding host. Very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Buffalo/Niagara Falls.

As a Buffalo girl now living out of state, I was SO EXCITED to find the perfect place in and around where I used to live and socialize. The property was exactly like it was portrayed in the listing. Clean. Stylish. Comfortable. It honestly felt like I was in my own home. I will DEFINITELY be a repeat customer. I was very impressed with the host John. He was very approachable like a longtime friend and was there with any questions I had. I would recommend this place to everyone! The bar was such a cool addition as was the coffee nook! I will be back! One last thing...GO BILLS!

We came up for the bucs vs bills game. John was a great host even went out of his way and put out some Bills items around the living room. His place was spacious and clean. A plus was the parking area in a gated driveway and plenty of bars/restaurants & shopping within 3-4 blocks. Would definitely stay here again G
