Check in was easy and underground parking very convenient. There was a mix up with our room when we arrived and it wasn’t cleaned yet but the the hostess immediately arranged for someone to come take care of it and sent us out for a meal which she reimbursed us for. We enjoyed the easy walking access to downtown and the trails along the river.
Kitchen was fully equipped- more than we expected (would have been good to know this in advance.) I did ask a question a week in advance about kitchen supplies and never did get an answer back though :(But they had almost everything you could want for cooking and food prep! Location was convenient. A couple cons: the wifi was difficult to connect to … and the place held lots of heat that we didn’t want (and we did everything reasonable to avoid having the place heat up - plus had the windows open with fans going all evening and thru the night. Still didn’t cool down much … it wasn’t even hot outside.) Skipped out on the pool experience altogether since it was located right against the busy street/right by check-in which seemed not very inviting, not private/relaxing/quiet. Couldn’t tell that from the photo online.But overall we enjoyed the place.
