This marvelous lakefront cottage in Warsaw is a cozy retreat for guests looking for a pleasant place to unwind and enjoy sunsets and sunrises from the deck. With 2 queen beds in 2 bedrooms and a comfy loveseat in the living room, there's plenty of space for everyone. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, and a washing machine/dryer during your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and a shower for your comfort. We hope you enjoy what our little paradise and what Palestine Lake has to offer. Are you a fisherman looking for your trophy bass? This cottage is directly in front of a great fishing hole. Lake access and use of canoe is seasonal and requires a signed waiver in advance of your stay.

The neighborhood is very quiet-please respect the neighbors and limit noise after 10 pm. Thanks!
What makes this property unique
There are pelicans that migrate each spring and an abundance of wildlife to be viewed and enjoyed. The fishing is exceptional and there is a fishing hole directly in front of the pier where trophy-size bass have been caught!
