This marvelous lakefront cottage in Warsaw is a cozy retreat for guests looking for a pleasant place to unwind and enjoy sunsets and sunrises from the 2-season covered and screened-in deck. With a queen bed in each of the 2 bedrooms and a comfy loveseat in the living room, there's plenty of space for everyone. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, and a washing machine/dryer during your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer/towels/ and a shower for your comfort. A washer and dryer is also available for those wishing to travel and pack light! We hope you enjoy what our little paradise and the incredible views that Palestine Lake has to offer. Are you a fisherman looking for your trophy bass? This cottage is directly in front of a great fishing hole. Lake access and use of canoe is seasonal and requires a signed waiver in advance of your stay. Please include the number of guests or pets that will be staying or visiting when requesting to reserve. The indoor property is smoke-free, and is monitored 24/7 by a motion-activated door bell camera for your safety.

I travel a lot and have furnished this cottage using ideas and personal touches that I have gathered from my travels to make it a retreat that anyone would enjoy. Comfy mattresses, soft linens, great views, and peace & quiet are just a few of the highlights that you will enjoy!
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is very quiet-the lake views are spectacular and there is parking available for 2 vehicles. Public access to the lake is a short drive where you can launch your own boat and park your boat trailer. Please respect the neighbors and limit noise after 10 pm. Thanks!
What makes this property unique
There are pelicans that migrate to Palestine lake each spring and an abundance of wildlife is present both on and off the lake. The fishing is exceptional and there is a fishing hole directly in front of the pier where trophy-size bass and a variety of small pan fish have been caught!
