Newly updated interiors with all the comforts of home, tranquil views from multiple outdoor living spaces. Directly across the street you will find easy access to the beach boardwalk and a quiet community pool.

Included in the rental fee for this villa are Amenity Cards, a value of $50/day or $300/week, which provide guest access to the two Seabrook Island Club ocean front pools, the Lake House pool and all island eateries.  In addition access to golf, tennis and equestrian facilities at seasonal rates.

The bright and open living area is beautifully appointed with coastal-inspired décor, comfortable high-end furnishings, and a large flatscreen TV to watch all your favorite shows.

Just off the living area is a full-size kitchen and designated dining room that seats six. With stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to make a meal right from home, this cottage is thoughtfully curated to include everything you need for a true home away from home.

An outdoor dining space is located on the ground level with a BBQ grill and covered living space, perfect for a true island-style family dinner.

946 Sealoft comfortably sleeps 6 guests throughout 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a King size bed with high quality bedding, a flat screen TV, a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in glass shower, and access to a private deck through sliding glass doors. The guest bedroom features a Queen size bed and access to the shared hall bathroom tub/shower combination. The third bedroom is on the second floor featuring two Twin beds with a smart TV, access to a private sun deck, and a private half bath for convenience.

Sealoft Villas Seabrook Island are nestled in a secluded setting with beach access across the street, a community pool and a quick bike ride to the Seabrook Island Club. Our Seabrook vacation rentals are located across the island and wherever you choose to stay you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Pool Access: Community pool for Sealoft Villas. Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Beach access is via Boardwalk #3A is just across the street from the Sealoft complex. This property also includes beach gear for guest use!

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this property.

Fireplace: The fireplace(s) in this home are not available for guest use.

Parking: Covered parking at this free-standing cottage. Maximum number of vehicles is 2.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
