Located in Lake Placid, this charming condo is a dream. With 2 bedrooms featuring a cozy king bed and a comfortable queen bed, guests will feel right at home. The property offers essential amenities like an a full kitchen, AC, washing machine, heating, and WiFi. We are situated on the premier sandy bottom Lake June in Winter, a large 3,500-acre spring-fed recreation lake. This unit has a vinyl window screened porch that will allow you to read your favorite book while enjoy the vast lake view. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your warm winter get-away, one to remember.

The Lake June Falls Condo has 6 full units. The outdoor space and dock is shared among all authorized guests only. The guests over the years have formed a community. They will arrange get-togethers and are helpful to new guests. We love our repeat guests!

There are two restaurants within a minute from the house - Jackson's on the Lake and Dock 633. There are several wineries and breweries in the area as well as a quaint downtown area that holds a weekly Saturday Morning Farmer's market.

Lake Placid's downtown is growing with very cute local restaurants and shops as well as a 30 min ride to Sebring. We are 2 hours from Orlando if you want to head to the theme parks.

Things to Know:
This is a lake home, and at times we have lake midges. They are harmless but can be pesky.

No smokers.

Absolutely no parties. There is a maximum capacity of 4 people unless otherwise communicated with the host.
