Property was amazing, views, condo, pools, beach, property and staff. Check in very easy. Very clean. Kitchen had full size appliances, fireplace in LR, patios and 2 suites upstairs. Easy access to lawn area, lodge, village with restaurants and store. I would definitely stay here again.

The balconies had incredible views. The fireplace was charming. Loved the easy 4 minute walk to the beach. My family and I loved our stay and will 100% come back again!

It was very nice. Walking paths to the beach were easy and very maintained. Kitchen was well stocked toaster, blender coffee maker with supplies . Easy check in and check out. Enjoyed the fireplace on cooler mornings. Enjoy having a washer and dryer - there was beach chairs and also beach towels available, Cons - TV channels were a little different No air , but had a fan in bedroom that made it ok , plus sliders in bedroom and living room that helped with air Was not allowed to use one of the pools and the hot tub was not working on the main pool area .Over all it was very nice very relaxing. Would stay again.

Our stay was lovely and we enjoyed our time together. The property greeted us with large cobwebs at the front door. The 1/2 bath walls and baseboards need attention as does the wall of the stairs. The shower doors in the bathroom with the sliding glass are incredibly difficult to open and close, as are the sliding doors to the balconies. There are also only a few teaspoons available in the kitchen. We took our shoes off in the house and the floors weren’t the cleanest as they turned our feet black. The bedrooms were lovely. The kitchen was clean and the appliances were nice. The fireplace was wonderful on the cool evenings. The property and views are amazing!

Family Getaway

Great location and clean property. Pool and beach access perfect for a family. Kitchen small but user friendly. Beds fine just wish one of the rooms had two beds for children or teens. Overall an excellent condo to stay for a few days. Will come again!

Great location, So so accommodations

Furnishings and decor were dated and somewhat damaged. Towels and bedding were quite well worn. The pans were old and scratched up but otherwise the kitchen was pretty well equipped. All in all it was okay.

Enjoyed Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and roomy. Communication with manager was easy and prompt. Some upkeep is needed. Would suggest repairing the loose pieces of wood on and around the stairs. We had no soap in one of the bathrooms upstairs and the other bathroom's dispenser was empty.

Our overall experience stay here was beautiful. The scenery was nice. The check-in process was easy. Everything was conveniently located. We were able to enjoy the beach and then eat at the sanderling hotel restaurant our first night there the next night we eat at Shadowbrook our Villa was clean. It was neat. There was enough towels in each bathroom. There was enough towels for us to go to the beach as well the kitchen was clean The ambience in the villa was really nice. I liked our balcony deck. I like that we had a fireplace. I like that the TV was easy to access the remote control easily available. The biggest plus was the washer and dryer. We enjoyed our stay there. It was my boyfriend's birthday weekend. We wish we had more time but it was a nice two day getaway. I would recommend this to my family and friends 1000%.

MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED

This property is much better than what the listing shows. The 1st level gives a small family plenty of space to gather. The 2 bedrooms on the 2nd level are spacious. The bed mattresses can be better but that would be an extra, not an expectation. It’s difficult to please my wife on cleanliness. She didn’t feel the usual “yuck” when in comes to short term rental properties. The entire property is well maintained. The pool was heated so the kids loved swimming even with the 65 degree coastal weather. There’s a distant view of the ocean off the balcony. Lots of grass space for kids to run around and play. We are very happy and you get the value with this property. I will book again.

I can’t recommend Seascape Resort enough. The short hike to and from the beach is great, the pool and spa are nice. The Sanderlings restaurant is lovely, as is the little Seascape shopping center. This is my second stay at Seascape and the location of this unit is my favorite. I had grocery delivery straight to my door (multiple days),

We enjoyed our stay very much. 4 adults, 2 children. We did bring a blow up mattress for our youngest (7), and that worked out great for him to stay in the master bedroom with us. We used the kitchen for breakfasts and dinners - we had everything we needed - coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, pots and pans, silverware, plates, cups, etc. We were able to use our streaming services on the screen in the front room for family movie nights and morning shows. We went to The Mystery Spot, The Boardwalk, Henry Cowell State Park for giant redwoods (bring swimsuits for Cable Car Creek!) - all within 30 minutes driving. We used the playground (very close) and the spa and pool multiple times (which are a bit of a trek away, walkable, but maybe drive there - the North Bluff section of the resort). The coffee shop, market, liquor store, and a few eating options are just across the street (very walkable, but a very quick drive). The Sanderling resort restaurant has great patio views of the ocean. Over all we had a great time connecting with family and this property for us well.
