This place is great! The backyard has been completely redone and has an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, sport court, etc. The house is very convenient to campus. The decor is perfect (unless you're a t-sip). We will be scheduling a girls' weekend there soon.

This was probably one of our favorite VRBO properties EVER! This professionally newly remodeled ranch-style house on a beautifully wooded lot was the house that kept on giving. It may look unassuming from the street, but once you’re inside it will impress you any which way you look. Beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a professional gas range. Bathrooms with top finishes. Large comfy sectional with room for everyone. Huge flatscreen TVs in every room. Large comfortable beds. Lots of Aggie themed decorations, some quirky and some fun. And then you open the door to the backyard and get blown away. The backyard is like a resort! Dining table and chairs for al fresco dining, Adirondack chairs around the fire pit, cowboy pool for dipping, and a basketball and pickleball court for a good time for all. The outdoor kitchen with a gas grill was also top notch. We hosted a BBQ reception for family and friends after our son’s graduation at Texas A&M and it was the perfect place for such a reunion. When we come back to Bryan/CSTAT, we’ll definitely see if this property is available again.

We fell in love with real estate years ago, and in 2021 we started hosting short-term rentals. What began as a passion quickly turned into something bigger - we love creating spaces where people feel at home the moment they walk in. 2. Freshly Renovated and Thoughtfully Furnished in 2025.
We took this house down to the studs. When I say everything is brand new, I mean everything. My wife and I both graduated from Texas A&M, our 2nd son is set to graduate in 2027. We have two other younger boys that we are hoping follow in our footsteps. We remodeled this house and made it our own. We can't wait to share it with you.
3. Smart layout and Amenities for Groups
This house is an open- concept living and dining areas, plus an inviting kitchen with granite island and bar - perfect for entertaining or gathering. Smart TVs in every room enable seamless streaming and entertainment.
4. Cozy Outdoor and Community Vibe
Our backyard is one of a kind. It features a pickle bar court, a fireplace and an outdoor area to fire up the grill. You are going to be in heaven. Large Oak trees also provide plenty of shade.
