Curated by StayLuxe Properties (Heather, Madi, and Nicole), this bright and beautifully updated corner unit at Powder Run offers the perfect blend of mountain elegance, comfort, and unbeatable location—just steps from the base of Deer Valley Resort and a short ride to everything Park City has to offer.
Step inside and feel instantly at ease. Freshly painted with new flooring, updated lighting, and sleek bathroom cabinetry, this 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo feels like a breath of fresh mountain air. The open-concept kitchen, dining area with seating for six, and spacious great room with plush seating and a large-screen TV make it easy to gather, relax, and connect after a day of summer adventures.
The layout is perfect for couples or small families, with two private bedrooms on opposite ends of the home—each with its own en-suite bathroom, dual vanities, and peaceful ambiance. Step outside onto one of two private decks to enjoy al fresco dining with sweeping mountain views, or slip into the private hot tub under a starlit sky.
Beyond the comforts of home, the location can’t be beat. Hop on the free Park City transit line just outside your door and head to Historic Main Street for dining, shopping, live music, or one of the town’s many summer festivals. From hiking and mountain biking to paddleboarding at nearby lakes, adventure is always within reach—and your private ski locker makes storing outdoor gear a breeze, even in the off-season.

NOTE: Please note that the elevator will be under construction from roughly 9/8/25-10/13/25 (dates subject to change), so guests that book in this timeframe will need to walk up THREE flights of stairs to access the unit. If you are interested in renting, and would like an update on the elevator construction, please reach out before booking.

1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.
2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.
3) HOSTING GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IS NOT PERMITTED. SHOULD SUCH ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NECESSARY ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR REPAIRS, AND YOU COULD RISK EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.
