The house was in a great location and had been newly renovated with modern appliances and was super comfortable. Host was very friendly and flexible with our special requests.

Updated and extremely comfortable

Great location. Interior seems to be newly refurbished and spotless. Kitchen and bathroom are very well organized and well laid out. Walk in shower a big plus. Beds are firm and very comfortable.We will be renting here again.

Clean, comfortable home in a lovely neighborhood. Well-stocked kitchen and place settings for six, which we needed for our Thanksgiving dinner. Notably, though, there was no toaster and the coffee maker was old and could be replaced.

Hamid is an amazing host. He has created a cozy, welcoming space. My children didn't want to leave. The location is close to everything. I was driving to Seattle which takes 25 mins in low traffic ---- it can take that long to drive inside Seattle. Kirkland has great restaurants and lots of places to explore. This is a true hidden gem! Highly recommend.

What a lovely Kirkland/Bellevue home, paired with a welcoming and gracious host in Hamid. The house is clean and spacious. As a solo female it was important to feel safe and comfortable and the home delivered. Next time I’m in the area, this will be my go-to. Plus my two sweet dogs loved having the fully fenced, secure back yard. Win-win!
