Great family getaway

This house was perfect for our family of 16 . I especially appreciated the large table for all of us to eat together. We had plenty of room, a huge deck and a great outdoor space behind the house with swings, play equipment and room for kickball. Lots of restaurants, shops and walking trails nearby to enjoy.

Reunion

We had a group of family members come in to spend time together and stayed at this house. It was beautiful and very clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire booking and stay process. Loved it!

Family reunion near Nashville

Everything was great! We checked in the day after that world wide computer glitch and couldn’t get the code to get into the house from the property manager, but the owner of the home showed up within minutes to let us in. He was so kind and accommodating. The house was perfect! It was about 30 minutes from Nashville, so we did a few day trips and were still to enjoy the house. The kids loved the game room. Just a wonderful stay!

Clean, plenty of room but lacking privacy

Loved renting a house near family in Murfreesburo while visiting for Thanksgiving. The 4 bedrooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed playing pool and ping pong. The owner David was very kind and accommodating to our group. Our concern was the lack of privacy we felt as the owner’s bedroom is right off the main living area, with his room closed off with simply a curtain rather than a door, so he could easily hear when we were around, playing pool, eating breakfast, coming home late from visiting family, etc (and vise versa, we could hear snoring from downstairs). Also, it was not “child proof” as there is nice furniture and the sight of our young children seemed to make him a little nervous for his house. I would recommend this rental for anyone without young children and who is not expecting the privacy of renting a whole home, but rather sharing openly with the owner.

Stay was fantastic. Common areas were spacious and could handle our whole group of 20. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped and the location is fantastic. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the home.

The property was great! Big enough for our group to each have their own bed plus some and the communication with the host was great. He was very accommodating to us and our group which I appreciate so much. Our biggest issue was that it looked really dirty, and there were dead bugs in the rooms. The carpet needs a good vacuum and shampoo too as it looks dirty.

Great family time

The house is roomy and very comfortable. The neighborhood was perfect. The big deck and yard that flows into the school yard provided a perfect place for the six children to be entertained..Many memories were made.

It was ok…

Everything about this place was great except for the cleanliness. This property has a for sale out front and it sure does look like that on the inside. There were several bugs everywhere and we even found cockroaches in the kitchen. The bathrooms weren’t super clean also. Everything else was great from the check in process to the amount of room and everything. Would be a 5 star property if it was clean.

Subpar stay

We were not allowed to park in the driveway d/t to it is used by the “neighbors” who are renting the attached garage. The code we received was confusing because it contained the garage apartment and house codes. We were told upon checkin to remove our shoes, however the floor was old and stained. I did not feel comfortable taking my shoes off. When we entered the house was cold, thermostats were set at 55. The home was poorly maintained and run down. The furniture was dirty and there was a red stain on one of the comforters upstairs. There are 3 bathrooms, but only 2 showers. All the bathrooms were small and old. This property does provide room for large parties. There are beds everywhere. The dining room which does not have a door is set up with beds. The only part of this stay that met my expectations was the location.

Great place for a large group

Stayed here for my daughter’s wedding along with her side of the wedding party. Plenty of room for bridal shower. Convenient to stores in a nice neighborhood. Enjoyed watching the chickens next door from the back deck.

Travel ball getaway

This was a perfect space for our families traveling together for sports. The home had a very large gathering area, a great kitchen, and all the extras we could benefit from with coming and going and yet being near the parks. Not to mention the restaurants near by. Will make this the first house we look for every time we are in this part of TN for travel.

Perfect for a Large Group

We stayed here for the weekend with our youth group before heading to Asbury University for a youth conference. The layout was perfect for the number of girls/boys that were with us. They loved wiffle ball in the school ball diamond!

NASCAR trip

Our long weekend trip to Nashville included a Nashville Sounds game, 18 holes of golf, 3 NASCAR races (Trucks, Xfinity and Cup) and a few trips to Broadway street and we had a great time. When planning this busy trip for 14 adults, we needed to find a place that would check all of the boxes of a bed for each person, enough room for alll of us to gather and relax, provide fun downtime activities and also be of high quality. This property provided all of that. Add to this a Host who was responsive to all of my early questions and also included instructions that allowed for an easy check in and checkout process and this was by far my best rental weekend. Our group would highly recommend this property as a rental choice.

Soccer parents paradise

Our group was there for a soccer tournament. This house provided room for 5 families. It saved us a ton of money and we enjoyed our time together relaxing and playing games. Great accommodations!

Why they chose this property

This is a great quiet neighborhood with wide streets and a school right behind my home. It is very close to grocery stores, Sam's, Costco and lots of restaurants as well as I-24 and I-840. 30 minutes drive to downtown Nashville, Tennessee.

What makes this property unique

The house is very spacious with lots of room to spread out. The dining table will seat 14 people. The Wifi is super fast. The game room features a pool table and ping pong and there is an full sized electric piano in the living room.
