It is a great place to meet local siblings for a nice visit without them having them having to clean their house for us to visit from out of town. It was very peaceful with comfortable beds too.

Great house, plenty of room for our family of 5. Had everything we could need for a weekend get away. Love the pool! Hope to be back soon!

Hall Bath Issues-(1)toilet was “rocking” back and forth and (2)was not able to turn on faucet in tub/shower. Master Suite-Discovered and reported a water leak in bath area on Sat morning to Host. He replied he could not get anyone to check it until Monday. The leak progressed over Sat night into the master bedroom area and the middle bedroom also, soaking a pair of leather shoes and dampening several of our totes and suitcases that were sitting on the floor. On Sun morning, called the Host again to tell him how far the leak had progressed and damages to our things. We requested a refund that Sun morning. Host indicated he would check into it, but so far he has not responded to that request. We will not book with this host again, and recommend that others avoid booking with this host!

This guest needs to understand homes have unexpected issues that give no warning. A leak developed over night that the host was unaware of. Upon hearing of the problem I immediately called a plumber however they weren't available until Monday. Has far as the shower she didn't know haw to pull out the faucet and adjust the temperature. I tried to resolve the issue with her financially but I could see where she was going with it. Taking advantage of a situation that was out of anybody control. I didn't feel it was right to ask for a full replacement of her personal belongings. I'm glad she won't book again there are so many good people out there looking for a place to stay. Everything has been repaired and put back to normal and we have received 5 star reviews since her departure.

Conveniently located

This house was everything we needed. Perfect for our family of 5. Hot tub was great and the pool was perfect. We will rent again for our next family get together.

From the beginning communication was very difficult with host. We loved the house with the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately hot tub stopped staying hot after first night. I tried all day to talk to host about issue. Ended up not being able to use hot tub on only full day I was there. Host did give refund.

Our Cmas stay

We enjoyed the roomy and cozy living and kitchen area for a visit with our family. The beds were comfortable too and we like having a garage for the car. We could have used some more paper towels in the kitchen and a light bulb was missing in one living room lamp but overall very nice. Glad we stayed.

Relaxation at its best

This was the perfect stay for old friends just needing a getaway from the stress of daily life. The home had everything we needed. It was just a few minutes to a grocery store and restaurants. We basically spent 3 days floating in the wonderful pool while reminiscing about the “good ole days”. I didn’t necessarily get the recharge that I needed because when I got home I spent the next week just wanting to go back. Anyone needing a peaceful, relaxing stay should book this place.

We enjoyed the pool including star gazing. The house was clean. The floors were very clean. Plenty of towels, cookware and options for grilling. The kitchen was very clean. Thank you for the coffee pods.The back porch concrete area around the grill needs power washed with dawn or tide to degrease it. The yard around the house need light pickup of items laying. If I had brought my dogs, which I didn’t, I wouldn’t be able to stay without walking my dogs on a leash. The backyard isnt secure for any dog except a large dog.If I ever visit Ponca City again, I would definitely stay at this house. Ponca City is a gem. I don’t know about all the cool places before visiting.
