Property unavailable when arrived.

This was the worst experience. Drove in from Dallas on Friday since we had an event for Saturday. Sent numerous messages to property owner with no replies. Called the host number but number was disconnected. Showed up to property, there was a truck in the driveway. I still couldn’t get in since we did not have the key code. This was a headache since AT&T service in the area wasn’t the best. We could tell that the house was occupied since we noticed belongings in the house. Thank God we didn’t get shot or anything. Finally was able to get ahold of Vrbo customer service & was informed that the property was no longer available & was informed that I would have to look for stay on my own, smh, thanks a lot Vrbo. I was refunded but doesn’t make up for time lost & headache we went through. Host & Vrbo dropped the ball.

Arrived at the house without a key code & was confused. Called Vrbo & they said property was unavailable. This was a headache & didn’t have any other reservations made so this was very inconvenient.
