About this property

Walk to The Square or S.U. in Old Town Home (3/2)!

"Seventh & Pine" is a nearly century old 3-bedroom 2 bath third generation-owned cottage in the heart of Old Town Georgetown.

Conveniently located on a third of an acre corner lot between Southwestern University (2 block walk) and the historic Old Town Square (5 block walk), you're within walking distance to the very best Georgetown has to offer.

Kick-back, relax and enjoy front porch-sitting with coffee or wine sipping and slower-paced living! Seventh & Pine is a place in time.

The space
This is a 3-bedroom 2 bath home that features an interior space of approximately 1,500 square feet and 13,734 sq. ft exterior corner lot. There is no central HVAC. The window units and space heaters keep the interior comfortable year round. All new appliances were installed in October 2022, as well as upgraded electric, plumbing and interior paint and remodeling.

The home was purchased by our grandparents in 1963. They gave the property to our parents in 1968 when they married. Our parents lived in the home nearly 52 years and we (3 brothers) grew up here. Our hope is you will enjoy the space as much as we have and allow us the ability to also spend time and pass the property down to the 4th generation.

Guest access
You have complete access to all interior and exterior areas of the property.

Perfect Poppy House
This cute house was perfect for the 6 of us. The house had everything we needed and was close to great restaurants. I lost an earring while we were there and they found it and contacted us the same day so we could pick it up. We will definitely stay here again! An added bonus were the beautiful flowers and swings for the kids!
