This well-appointed home in downtown Georgetown is your perfect home base to explore all Georgetown has to offer. Stroll the Historic Square 3 blocks in one direction or go for a nature hike 2 block the other direction. Close to everything from parks and fields to Southwestern University. Live music, farmer's market, Texas wineries, and poppy festivals all make Georgetown as charming as any city in Texas. Cowboy pool being installed June 6th.
Multi-layer memory and spring beds will be your best sleep ever and there are 5 different styles of pillows to choose from. Red night lights that won't disrupt your sleep cycle. TVs in every room with all streaming services loaded. Fully-stocked kitchen with everything you need minus your veggies & proteins. Herbs, oils, sugars, sauces, coffee pods and grounds, all utensils and pots/pans that could be needed. Ice-maker and complimentary sweets/beverages. Comfortable workstation with USB-C port that has mouse and 2nd monitor plugged in. Spare personal care items, easy-access laundry with powders/liquids. We're food entrepreneurs born & raised in Texas. We love all the things - food, travel, outdoors, nightlife, and our boykin spaniel Ellie.
Why they chose this property
We have a food production facility in Georgetown we launched in 2024. We fell in love with the city - the vibrant culture/activity and the sweet people. We bought this place so we could stay near the facility when needed. We chose this neighborhood cause it's so close to everything.
What makes this property unique
The proximity to everything make this place so amazing. 3 blocks to the town square with food, wine, and tons of shopping. Turn the other way and you hit the San Gabriel river in 2 blocks, including a short walk to Blue Hole, famous swimming spot right at the center of town.
