This place was perfect. From the location, to the charm of the home and decorations. Felt like staying in a home, not a rental. The yard was so pretty, with outdoor seating, and a front porch swing. The bed was very comfortable, the linens and towels were so nice. The food nearby was wonderful too. We had a lovely stay!
We stayed here for our friends baby shower in Georgetown and we had the best time. We loved every second of our stay at this home and made so many special memories on this trip. The house is in a great location and was the perfect size for us (5 adults and one baby.) Communication was great and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Georgetown!
We had 5 adults in this darling house near the square in Georgetown! Attention to detail stands out at this house & communication was great! Would definitely stay here again as one of the best!
We stayed here while we attended a wedding. Great location. Loved walking to square for coffee each morning. Friday night we enjoyed dueling pianos and easy to walk home.
Enjoyed backyard and fire pit to gather after the wedding.
Stayed for a long weekend for my stepsons wedding in Georgetown. The house was perfect for us and short walking distance to Georgetown square. House descriptions and pictures are perfectly aligned with actual property and great communication with owner.
The house was nice and inviting. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We enjoyed the grill, fire pit and close walking distance to the square for shopping and eating. Even our dogs were welcome! The owners were hospitable and flexible. We will stay here again in the future and will recommend the Heritage House to friends and family!
We went to Georgetown from El Paso to celebrate our son's birthday. We asked the property manager if it was possible to host a small gathering and it was approved. My son's small SU circle of good friends were able to come enjoy a bit of home cooking and relaxation outside of dorm life for an evening! The place was easily accessible for Grandma and she enjoyed herself and able to enjoy the company of her grandson and his friends. This is definitely going to be a property that we will try frequent next year during SU football season home games to see our son play. It is also VERY close to campus which is a PLUS!
Great location—very easy to walk to shopping & restaurants. The house was clean, the linens were soft, and we were very comfortable. The hosts were communicative, quick to respond, and check-in was easy.
House was perfect for our family, decorated so cute, clean, kitchen has everything you need to make meals etc. Beds were very comfy and sheets were amazing! Great backyard space for hanging out in the evening and morning coffee. Walked to the square for dinner and shopping ...location is great! Can't wait to stay here again next time we're in GT.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This house is darling. It had everything we needed. The hosts were very easy to communicate withalso. Would definitely stay here again.
We thoroughly loved staying the weekend at this home for our annual family girls trip! It had all the amenities we needed and was a perfect walking distance to downtown. A bad storm blew through the first night and our hosts were so sweet to check on us to make sure everything was ok. We very much appreciated their concern for us! We would definitely stay there again.
The house was perfect, it was set up with everything we needed plus a few extras and the beds were great! It is in a great location and the host is very accommodating and helpful!
Gathered in georgetown for a small gmaily get together. The house and yard were amazing. All amenities were GREATLY appreciated. Shared 2 great meals--one on the grill outside. Very clean. Very cozy. Only issue we had was a little head bump on a decoratve sconce at the top corner of a doorframe. Host has stated they are going to correct that ASAP, which us tall folk greatly appreciate. 10/10 will recommend this property!
I can’t say enough about this amazing house!!! It was very clean, beautiful and had everything you could possibly need! The backyard was such a fun, relaxing place to hang out, too. We were so lucky to find this gem! Also, the owner’s were very accommodating, kind and quick to respond!! The location was perfect bc it was just a short walk to downtown, we loved it and can’t wait to visit again!

My husband and I live 20 minutes from the square in Leander, Texas. We enjoy spending time with our grown children and their families, as well as traveling and listening to live music. I'm also a horse lover and have been riding as far back as I remember. We have a boarding facility on our property and we also own race horses that run in Texas and Oklahoma.
Why they chose this property
My husband and I have loved downtown Georgetown since it captured our hearts on one of our dates in 2008. The square still remains our favorite date night spot. We take in plays, live music, shop and enjoy all the restaurants and bars. We knew this is where we would eventually retire in the next few years, so after looking vigorously for 3 years we found this perfect gem. Our hearts went into furnishing and decorating it to provide that special warmth and relaxation. We truly hope our home blesses everyone that visits.
