We chose this area for its relaxed, laid-back atmosphere while still offering plenty to do within walking distance. You’ll find a variety of bars, restaurants, and shops, all set along a marina with beautiful water views and a friendly, welcoming crowd. Live music and great dining options make it an especially enjoyable place to spend time.
What makes this property unique
The Funky Fish Houses are a collection of unique, quirky, and colorful Key West–style, multi-story homes located in the Cape Harbour development. The Sailfish Studio is a private efficiency unit with its own entrance, situated directly on the water. Guests can enjoy a scenic boardwalk leading to shops and restaurants, as well as a beautiful clubhouse and pool, plus tennis and basketball courts for your enjoyment.
