This beautiful Bimini Floor Plan offers 3-bedrooms & 2-bathrooms, 1,550 square feet of living space and a reserved parking space. This floor plan has a screened lanai from the living room and master bedroom, and a second lanai from the guest bedrooms. The lanai looks south over the river towards the Gulf, Ft Myers Beach, the Caloosahatchee River and Sanibel Island. you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee as the sun rises. Great week at Cape Harbour

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, we have stayed in the building in past years and it was nice to see the surrounding complex growing and updated. Would definitely stay there again. The condo could use a new rug in the living room. I loved the French Press for morning coffee and a muffin.
