From the second we booked this property, Jim was on board and made sure he kept us informed of any aspect regarding his condo. Any question we had, he quickly answered our texts or calls. The condo was immaculate, very well equipped, extremely quiet, safe, very comfortable and with easy accessibly to live entertainment and fabulous dining. We will be back as often as we can!

Host was so polite and friendly when we spoke on phone. The resort was pet friendly which made it so convenient to take out dog for "potty" time and our dog enjoyed the great sidewalks to take a walk and sniff everything. :) Felt very safe. One complaint would be when I looked for a place to stay through Vrbo they show the total amount stating the price for stay.. But when time to pay it went up quite a bit more--which was few hundred more--so what they say as total cost on listing be prepared to pay lots more.. all in all the place and area is fantastic!!! The host Jim was awesome !!!.

Amazing View

We had a great stay at this property over the Christmas break. The Cape Harbour location is always great with onsite live entertainment and nice restaurants, but the view really sets this unit apart. You have views down multiple direct access canals to watch all the boats coming and going, plus a view of the river and the Ft Myers skyline in the distance.We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful and thoughtfully equipped condo

This condo has the WOW factor. As soon as enter, the feel is cozy and comfort in shades of blues and grays. There isn’t one item that hasn’t been thought of and supplied for your use. No need to bring anything. It is home away from home. Hair dryers, soap, shampoo, dish washing, beach chairs, umbrella, you name it, it’s there for your use. Sitting on the lanai is the place to enjoy your morning coffee. The views are amazing! We never cooked, as we were always out with friends, or visiting restaurants, but the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, if you so desire. I recommend the coffee shop and Fathoms, both just a step outside in the common area. Publix is just a few blocks down the road as well as Walgreens and 2 liquor stores. The location could not be be more convenient. Get your drinks at the Tiki bar or juice bar an enjoy them by the pool. I can’t say enough about this fabulous condo. We will be back!
