Popularly located in the southwest section of Cape Coral, Florida - the warm and beautiful Sunshine State. Just walk into this eighth-floor marina resort condo with the most spectacular view and you’ll never want to leave!

Comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Primary bedroom offers a king size bed and a spacious bath with double vanity and large walk-in shower. Both guest rooms have queen-size beds, ample closet space and share a single vanity bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Two private furnished screened-in balconies will afford you coffee and pastry breakfasts at sunrise, photo-worthy sunsets, cocktails in the evening and everything in between. Your view looks out over the natural preserve and channel to see all the boats heading in and out of the marina. In the distance, you’ll see the Caloosahatchee River as it spills into the Gulf of Mexico, out to the Sanibel Causeway and beyond.

If you aren’t dining at one of the resort’s restaurants, Rumrunners, Cape Harbour Oyster Bar & Grill, or Fathoms Restaurant & Bar, your fully loaded kitchen offers everything you’ll need for preparing your own exquisite meals for a quiet night in with dinner on the lanai. A grocery store, banks, ice cream shop, and drugstore, are just over one mile away, not to mention your choice of fast-food restaurants.

Spend the day exploring the swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, fitness center and clubhouse, and Marina. The condo is well stocked with all the gear you’ll need for a day at the beach: pool/beach towels, chairs, cooler, tote and buggy.

At the marina, you’ll find several sightseeing cruise options: an ecological lunch tour; a dolphin nature tour; homes, harbour, and nature tour; or a dolphin sunset cruise. You may also choose to rent a boat to go fishing, tubing or kneeboarding. We recommend early reservation of boat and equipment.

On-site resort shopping opportunities include a boutique, gallery, purses and apparel, jewelry, souvenirs, farmers market, and more.

As soon as you open the door you are welcomed by an amazing view. The condo is beautiful,big and clean. The whole condo property is amazing too. Truly, you don’t need to leave the property because everything is right there for you. I could live there full time.

The condo was exceptionally clean and the layout was wonderful. Beautiful views of the water from all rooms. Check-in was easy. The Cape Harbour property has everything you might need from pools, tennis courts, marina, restaurants, & shops. We rented a boat for a day from the Harbour marina. We will definitely be back!

Cape Harbour Retreat

Although I came down for business, I found the property to be a perfect escape from fast paced world. To begin with, the property manager, Laura, was great and very easy to work with. She met us on site at a later hour than scheduled due to a change in route. The space itself was extremely clean and welcoming. It had every amenity you could think of at your fingertrips and was very convenient. The view from either of the two balconies is fantastic and so relaxing. Overall, I would highly recommend!!

Expectations exceeded!

Loved everything about this vacation spot, both on-property amenities and the local area. We had a couple of days with excursions (rented a boat at the marina right downstairs, airboats in the Everglades) that are highly recommended. Most of the other time we simply relaxed by the pool, read on the lanai, the teens went biking, or listened to live music with a few cocktails at the restaurants/bars downstairs. We didn’t feel like we “had” to drive anywhere, there would have been enough to do within walking distance.

Fantastic cape coral experience

This property was absolutely perfect with zero disappointments. Everything was exactly as described. The condo was beautiful, extremely clean, and up to date. Huge 3BR on a high floor with all the amenities. They had music in the Court yard each night, and we visited every restaurant. It was like going to a resort.. The management was great to deal with as well. Just a wonderful stay and we will come again.

Not my first rodeo in Cape Harbor but first time with so much construction noise, crowd excitement (Tues and Fri night live music downstairs) and I guess like everywhere so much busier than two years ago preCovid. Love the Towers, love the view... Parking a nightmare.. Maybe we'll be back in two years but maybe I'll give someone else as try..

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. This property is beautiful and the beds comfortable. We saw dolphin and plenty of lizards for my child to try and catch. It was too cool to use the immediate pool, but someone let me know about the heated pool by the clubhouse which was great. The parking garage ramp was a little hard to see at night up on our arrival, but once we learned where they were, we were fine. The complex is more for adults, but there were parks nearby to take my kid. I enjoyed the coffee shop and Sofia the Pomeranian dog that we met down there every morning. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cape Harbour. Communication was timely, condo was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The lanai was wonderful in morning for our coffee and spent time in the pool. There were small shops along marina and the restaurants were great. Enjoyed French Press in morning for coffee and pastries. Fathoms had great food and music. We are looking forward to coming back. Wonderful time and location.

Born in Ohio, Laura is practically a Florida native, calling Lee County home for about 40 years. She has lived also in Ft Lauderdale and Tampa Florida; Farmington and Albuquerque, New Mexico; and Indianapolis, Indiana. She has a daughter that resides in Long Beach, California; loves cooking, candle making, photography, crafting, gardening and travel.

Tracy has resided in Lee County, Florida nearly all her life since her parents moved here from Ohio in 1974, after a 3-year "layover" in Fort Lauderdale. She's traveled to many areas along the Eastern Seaboard up to Pennsylvania and New York in her early 20's. In her spare time, Tracy loves spending time with her son and daughter-in-law and their 2 dogs, fishing, reading, and being outdoors.
