There is plenty of lounge space outside as well. Find your favorite sunny or shady spot to relax and unwind either around the pool patio, the mid-level wrap-around deck (accessible from all three bedrooms on that level), or up on the top level east- or west-facing decks.

The great room level at KD31 offers a large dining area on one side of the eat-in kitchen and a relaxing TV/living area on the opposite side.

Easy beach access (less than 200 yards). Convenient boardwalk style path leads from the driveway at KD31 around back to the outside shower in the private pool area.

No Smoking. No Pets. Fireplace is not available for guest use.

September 2018 Stay

Had a wonderful time again at KD31 "sweet Carolina". This is the third year at this house. We love the layout of the house and the close proximity to breakfast, shopping and the beach. I would say the only negative the beds (mattresses) could use an update on a couple of them. Village has been great every year that we have used them. This year we weren't sure if we were going to be able to make it with hurricane Florence. Village kept us up to date on everything from evacuation to re entry onto the island. We were able to arrive on time and the vacation worked out great.
