First floor home in Windswept Ridge. Easy to access, with a ground level patio. Short distance from the community pool, tennis facility, private beach access and upscale dining. WiFi.

First Floor Villa, 2 Master bedrooms.

Non-Smoking. No Pets.

The Windswept Ridge community pool and tennis court are just a few feet away or take advantage of the many amenities that the Currituck Club has to offer; pool, tennis, fitness center and golf and a great neighborhood to bike or walk in.

All trolleys run from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.

June 2017 Stay

We have enjoyed vacationing with our friends, but the accommodations did not meet our expectations. The mattresses are hard and are not a pleasant experience to face each and every night. We all agreed it was good we were do tired from our sightseeing. Even the least expensive hotels provide tempur pedic type mattresses. There are no TV's in the bedrooms. The whole unit needs updating. The second master bathroom shower head leaks. There is cracked tile in that flooring as well. Ceiling fans would e a welcome addition. Thank you for clean accommodations, however, for the money we will look elsewhere next time.

A much needed deep clean

We stayed at Monkey Business because we needed ground level for my elderly mother. It's fortunate she was not able to make it because she would not have been able to get around with the excessive amount of furniture and decorations crammed into the small condo. -The throw rugs looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in years. -We had to rewash the utensils because they had been put away with food caked on them. -When we opened the dishwasher, there were still dishes left and a bowel that had remaining water was slimy. -In the bunk bed room, the lamp was broken and we replaced it with one from a closet. -There was about a half inch of dust on the TV stand in the living room. I was very disappointed in this unit. We have stayed at various properties throughout the years and have never had issues until now. I am not sure if it is the owners or the property managers who are to blame? -

We enjoyed our stay so very much !!

The owner made sure there were so many extra things like chairs and umbrellas etc that really made our stay comfortable. The home was well stocked especially kitchen. The beds and all furniture comfortable. I wanted to thank them for making our stay so good. We did change the air filter bc it was very dirty. The hot water kept running out after only 2 showers but we made due. I plan to rent this unit again.

August 2018 Stay

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It's located in a great location with the grocery store and other places close by. The amenities are great and well organized. Our only two "complaints" are that there aren't any ceiling fans and it would have been nice to have a TV in the master bedroom. Not sure those really qualify as complaints though. Everything was lovely!

My family absolutely enjoyed our stay here! This unit has the best stocked kitchen, plenty of room for us all to spread out and everything we could ask for in being close to a trolley stop and a 1st floor unit. This condo was very clean. We were very happy here and will definitely use this unit again. Thanks for having us!
